1. 5/5Great Care. Rapid response with a video visit.

   I had downloaded the On Demand Mayo App a few weeks ago not knowing i would need to reach out so soon. I completed the required questions needed to direct my care and was placed with Dr Farwell in less than a half hour. He listened and inquired about the reason for my appointment. He gave such great recommendations for immediate relief snd how yo proceed with my prior physician for further treatment. I highly recommend this method of seeking treatment. It was a efficient and rapid method of getting excellent care and treatment.

2. 4/5Good visit-app a bit confusing

   It was a bit confusing how to connect with the provider once you got the message to connect. It said to go to your chat but I was in the chat and nothing had changed. I backed out one level and I do not recall what I clicked on but it connected. I feel the process/details could be more clear. Maybe just get a pop-up to click on to directly connect. All in all a great service to have available 24/7!

   Couldn’t get in with a local provider for 6+ days, which is normal for my town. Even for a cold. Heard about this service and figured it was worth trying. After a few questions in a chat, I was put into the queue to see a provider online. Was really easy to use. The provider was kind and actually listened to my concerns and symptoms. Also something I’m not familiar with at my local clinic.

4. 5/5Mayo Clinic is simply the best

   I’ve spent considerable time and money with Mayo Clinic in the last few years, both in-person for surgeries, etc. and virtual tele-health visits like the one I had today with Primary Care OD. Worked flawlessly [think Zoom/Teams call from your phone straight with a doctor] and would definitely use again. Mayo consistently goes above and beyond in the treatment and care for its patients, and you genuinely can feel it.

   Filling out the questions prior to the visit was difficult. I had to choose the answers provided - many of which didn’t address my real answers. I made a mistake on one question and there was no way to fix it. Now I have to wonder if the answer I chose will be a part of my record and is completely wrong and didn’t fit at all with my issue being addressed. The physician himself was easy to talk to and easy to work with- thank goodness he didn’t ask me about my non issue! At least he was human which was a concern of mine. AI has to start somewhere but please listen to your reviews to get it right!
