This is literally the best - my account is linked to my sons. I can see all of our appointments, start evisits, find our primary care doctor information, search an urgent care (with accurate wait times), sent messages to my doctor, see test results, view after visit reports. What more could I ask for?! This is healthcare at its finest.

1/5Incompetence Reigns
If / when you enter in the datas that are requested of you as a patient literally NONE of the providers you visit will be able to see ANY of those data’s you spent hours organizing and inputing into their systems- none of it. So, when you show up for your appointment(s) and you have a reasonable expectation that the provider will be able to pull up those datas that you inputed -you know, so you can have a productive conversation and appointment- you will be sorely mistaken to find out incompetence reigns and you will never be able to refer to those inputed datas because no matter how many times you attempt to address the issue it will never be resolved. I want my money back; more importantly, my wasted time.

5/5I completed a survey that I thought was from Allina Health so I want to retract it for Fairview.
Dr Hubble would have received great marks as well as all aspects of care and staff. Please let me know if I can retake the survey because the negative results and feedback in no way represent my positive feels of how well Fairview is doing in my opinion. Sorry for the confusion! :)

5/5Menus don’t work
When I tap “messages” and many other elements of the app, it’s like my screen is broken and I just can’t select or access big parts of the app. My phone is not the problem, this is not an issue with any other app.

Only used the app a few times so far and I love the look! It looks so much better then the old app and easier to navigate.
