Practice periods come with three presets for walking, sitting and standing meditation, time period easily edited and custom use presets can easily be created. Well done. "body": "i love it when something just works! this does exactly what it says it does and nothing else, for free! you don't need a diary, or a log or graphs or a locator to see who else is meditating at the same time you are. all that stuff is crap and not needed!! the whole reason for meditation is to simplify and strip down life to the bare minimum and dive into your subconscious and just be! how can you do that when you are worried about graphs and other stuff! PLEASE, if you are truly into meditation, then download this app first and try it out. its simple, easy to use and works!",

"body": "I love this app. Pretty easy to use and the bell sounds are very satisfying. The one thing I'd like to see added is the ability to have a metta timer, to be able to have a second ending bell go off 5 minutes after the ending bell to say when to stop doing metta. Also, it would be very nice if the delay before the starting bell chimes could be up to 30 seconds. It takes me more than the current max, 10 seconds, to get comfortable after pressing start. Also, it would be nice it the app worked with the iPhone locked, instead of having to have the screen on. Thanks for the app! I'd gladly pay for a pro version that did all of the above requests.",
