"body": "I ordered a crib and and mattress last night at 7 o’clock at night my daughter-in-law this morning my mother said she would pay for the dresser so I wanted to see if I can come on the order. I was told that that was too far in advance and that they couldn’t combined it. Pretty ridiculous to me that I would have to pay two delivery charges for an item items that were ordered within 24 hours of one another. The total charges is going to be about $400 after spending $2000.",

"title": "Problem checking out using app",
"body": "In the PBK app I selected Venmo to check out and it would not go through. Yet I got no error message. I tried several times thinking it was a connection issue. When I called to get assistance I was told to order over the phone with a credit card or log out of my Pottery Barn Kids account and log back in. Since I had the money in Venmo, I chose to do that. What she didn’t tell me was that they no longer accepted Venmo as payment and that the option would disappear when I logged back in. I found that to be deceptive and a waste of my time. Why not just tell me?! I was able to use Venmo through Apple Pay but it shouldn’t have been so difficult. This will probably be my last purchase here. When you spend $200 to purchase one overpriced item, it should be worth effortless.",

"body": "I have been buying my son’s backpacks, lunchboxes, and containers from PB for over 5 years. I’ve always hitting his stuff with his name added which makes it easier for his items to be identified. They have lasted through a very active boy and they still look great! I wash the backpacks and lunchboxes in the washing machine and then let them air dry. I am now looking at adding some luggage pieces to his collection, which he is excited about!",

"body": "This is such a terrible app- and I thought the website was pretty bad , especially when trying to create, shop from or update a registry. Day to day shopping is enough of a challenge! All the negative reviews here from the past year at least already discussed those issues so I will just concur. The main problem with the app is that cannot even see the entire page on the app so cannot navigate it ! I have the most recent app version on an iPhone 13 so I don’t know if that’s an issue. I’m very surprised that a company like this with higher end stores has such terrible websites and apps",

"body": "I had to delete and re download the pottery barn app because I was trying to reset my password. I sent an email to reset, but when I clicked the “reset” link it would bring me to the app in a general log in screen not allowing me to reset my password. So I downloaded it so that it would take me to the web browser to reset. Then had to keep opening and hard closing the app because I could not get it to go to the shopping cart and pull up my cart properly. The screen seems to freeze on the prior screen. Very poor design / experience, not what I would expect from pottery barn / pottery barn kids",
