I’ve been using Pollo AI for a few weeks now and I’m really impressed. The platform is super easy to use—I was able to start creating videos right away without any confusion. What I love most is having access to multiple AI models in one place. Instead of paying for several different subscriptions, I get everything I need here. The videos generate quickly and the quality is great for my social media content. The interface is clean and straightforward, which makes the whole process smooth. I’ve tried a few different AI video tools before, but Pollo AI has the best balance of quality, speed, and value. Highly recommend for anyone looking to create AI videos without the hassle or huge expense!

5/5PLEASE READ!! SCAM!! WILL NOT REIMBURSE FOR ERRORS!!!
Paid $6 for 100 credits. Tried generating 3 videos, -30 something credits for each video you create. Only 12 second limit and not to mention you can’t write a full prompt without reaching the 300 wording/letter limit. 2 videos failed to generate and didn’t even refund my credits when it was clearly a mistake and error on their end. Technically this app literally stole 60+ credits from me and then tried to charge me for more credits. WHAT?!?! In the end, Was only able to generate 1 video and the quality was TRASH!, looked very cartoonish and non realistic….I basically spent 6$ to make one poor quality 12 second video. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS SCAM .GARBAGE. APP.👎🏽 🗑️ 🤮

5/5Super helpful for creating website visuals fast
Pollo AI has been a huge help while building my website. I use it to generate images and short videos for product pages, and it makes everything look way more professional without needing expensive design work. It’s super easy to experiment with different visuals until something fits the brand perfectly. The content it generates has honestly helped my products stand out more and made the site feel much more polished. Really solid tool if you need quick, high-quality visuals for a website or online store.

You purchase a subscription, just to find out you have to pay even more for credits. Credits…Seriously? Since when, does an app make you purchase credits when you have already purchased a subscription? The developer is also VERY aware that customers are NOT happy about the surprise they get of having to pay even MORE money once they have purchased the subscription to use the app. Yet, they change nothing, and dance around the issue when it’s brought up in COUNTLESS reviews. The developer just continues to make more and more money off of poor un-suspecting people. DO NOT DOWNLOAD or support developers like this. The developer took advantage of what was once a scarce market. There’s wayyyy more apps/options out there now. Blacklist this developer and app until they are forced to conduct FAIR/TRANSPARENT business.

1/5Deceptive pricing, double monetization, and broken credits system
I subscribed to this app because the onboarding and description clearly suggest that a subscription allows you to create videos. In reality, the subscription gives you almost nothing, and you are required to buy additional credits inside the app just to generate a video. But it gets worse. I currently have 120 credits, and creating a video costs exactly 120 credits. Despite this, the app does not allow me to create the video and instead forces me to a screen where I’m asked to buy more credits, as if I don’t have enough. This is either a critical bug or an intentional manipulation. Summary: • ✔️ Subscription paid • ✔️ Credits available • ❌ Video creation blocked • ❌ Constant pressure to buy more credits This is a clear example of double (or even triple) monetization combined with dark UX patterns. Users are misled into paying multiple times just to access basic functionality. If you’re considering a subscription — don’t. Until the developers clearly explain what the subscription is actually for, and fix the broken credits logic, this app is effectively unusable. Very disappointing. Not recommended.

          "body": "I subscribed to this app because the onboarding and description clearly suggest that a subscription allows you to create videos. In reality, the subscription gives you almost nothing, and you are required to buy additional credits inside the app just to generate a video. But it gets worse. I currently have 120 credits, and creating a video costs exactly 120 credits. Despite this, the app does not allow me to create the video and instead forces me to a screen where I’m asked to buy more credits, as if I don’t have enough. This is either a critical bug or an intentional manipulation. Summary: • ✔️ Subscription paid • ✔️ Credits available • ❌ Video creation blocked • ❌ Constant pressure to buy more credits This is a clear example of double (or even triple) monetization combined with dark UX patterns. Users are misled into paying multiple times just to access basic functionality. If you’re considering a subscription — don’t. Until the developers clearly explain what the subscription is actually for, and fix the broken credits logic, this app is effectively unusable. Very disappointing. Not recommended.",
