5/5Great app but too expensive!
Update: After careful consideration, I’ve decided to rate this app at 5 stars. Why? Upon researching the costs associated with integrating LLMs into an app, it is clear that the costs associated with that are extremely high. As a developer, I’ve leaned, albeit slowly, that the better the inputs the better the outputs. That applies to me as well. This app is better than most in this category. I absolutely would have subscribed if it were: a) priced lower, b) a free trial had been offered. Note -See update above.

1/5If you downloaded the app for the advertised celeb filter. Don’t waste your time buying the pro!!
Downloaded this app from an Instagram advertisement because it showed that you can use a filter that makes you look like you’re with a celebrity. Upon opening the app you’re told to even access most of the options you have to become a pro. I really wanted to try the filter out so I got it. When I tried using it with SEVERAL different clear pictures it gave me an error message saying something had occurred!! I paid for something I can’t even use and it was a waste of my money and my time. Not even sure how I would even get refunded for this since Apple is picky and there’s no support within the app besides having to email and wait a long time. 1 star unless this bug gets fixed or I get refunded. Don’t get it if this is what you wanted to do.

This is my third time writing this review. The first one was less than stellar because the app was not straightforward and the developer reached out asking I consider rewriting it. They were in luck! I figured out the glitch. I went ahead and updated my review however, I’ve had issues with their support team. I’ve had to ask them numerous times to delete my information and my account and they’ve asked me to confirm this at least 3 times! Not to mention, with all the asks for confirmation, they went ahead and charged me again despite my efforts to delete the account. This has been frustrating. These apps are annoying and exhausting tbh. I’ve had similar experiences with the reels apps where they make it so difficult to cancel.

2/5Very Limited Options
Very few options, have to buy picture “packs” with again limited options and variations. I recommend other programs that though may have a higher subscription cost also offer more options. I will say the AI profile pictures are quite realistic but facial expressions are exactly the same in all pictures. For me, other programs provide a better experience for the cost.

Maybe I misunderstood the assignment, but I wanted pictures that actually looks like but maybe just a little jazzed up for my work pictures. They are horrible and don’t even resemble me - I must’ve misunderstood because they took easily 75 pounds off of me as remarks about needing to lose 75 pounds but they made me look sickly, I don’t know what they did to my hair, I have really nice hair, but it looks way too long and one of them has really frizzy bangs. No, they’re awful. They’re not even like fun. How I would look if I lost weight, this is how I would look If I was in incredibly ill and for some reason, permed my bangs.

Upon opening the app you’re told to even access most of the options you have to become a pro. I really wanted to try the filter out so I got it. When I tried using it with SEVERAL different clear pictures it gave me an error message saying something had occurred!! I paid for something I can’t even use and it was a waste of my money and my time. Not even sure how I would even get refunded for this since Apple is picky and there’s no support within the app besides having to email and wait a long time. 1 star unless this bug gets fixed or I get refunded. Don’t get it if this is what you wanted to do.",

          "body": "This is my third time writing this review. The first one was less than stellar because the app was not straightforward and the developer reached out asking I consider rewriting it. They were in luck! I figured out the glitch. I went ahead and updated my review however, I’ve had issues with their support team. I’ve had to ask them numerous times to delete my information and my account and they’ve asked me to confirm this at least 3 times! Not to mention, with all the asks for confirmation, they went ahead and charged me again despite my efforts to delete the account. This has been frustrating. These apps are annoying and exhausting tbh. I’ve had similar experiences with the reels apps where they make it so difficult to cancel.",

          "body": "Very few options, have to buy picture “packs” with again limited options and variations. I recommend other programs that though may have a higher subscription cost also offer more options. I will say the AI profile pictures are quite realistic but facial expressions are exactly the same in all pictures. For me, other programs provide a better experience for the cost.",

They are horrible and don’t even resemble me - I must’ve misunderstood because they took easily 75 pounds off of me as remarks about needing to lose 75 pounds but they made me look sickly, I don’t know what they did to my hair, I have really nice hair, but it looks way too long and one of them has really frizzy bangs. No, they’re awful. They’re not even like fun. How I would look if I lost weight, this is how I would look If I was in incredibly ill and for some reason, permed my bangs.",
