   At the beginning I was really enjoying the app. I was enjoying the games you could choose from. And most importantly you were able to cash out on the app unlike most. You do have to have at least five dollars worth to cash out, (wasn’t a big fan of that, but hey I can look past it). I’ve cashed out 2/3 times five dollars here and there. Well I found a game offer I really enjoyed. I reached a milestone that I was supposed to receive 18,000 points from, which would be $18 on my PayPal when I cashed out. I worked really hard to get that milestone, the game was easy pretty much but you had to put in A TON of effort to reach that milestone. Well I finally did, in the right time frame as well. And they never gave me my points. I also contacted support and they basically told me they weren’t giving me my points. The reason being I did not know that on cell phones you had to turn on or accept screen time setting. I thought it automatically started on each and every new phone. I didn’t find that out until I filled my claim with them and was following directions to find that in my settings to get the screen shot they wanted. When I found it my phone asked me if I give it permission pretty much. I said ya. But since I just then gave it permission it was only tracking my screen time from then forward. So the screen shot they were asking for was impossible. So now they refuse to give me my points.

2. 5/5Fraud on Apps after downloading and setting up

   I downloaded this app as a money making app to use to make a little bit of money using things like receipt scanning and games and little things to do to make points that convert to VERY LITLKE MONEY! Also, you will never reach a cash out due to the ridiculous amount of points needed to do so. The real problem happened within a week of downloading and setup which included attaching external accounts ie. Walmart,CVS and Walgreens! There is also an ask to connect them having access to your email!?!?!? After connecting my Walmart app, would you believe that a week later my app was hacked and they were able to use one of my attached credit cards to run up 80$ worth of gas! This app wants EVERYTHING PERMISSION TO ALL YOUR DADA… ALL OF IT! They even mention providing info in criminal investigations!? Like what the h-ll!? I do nothing criminal, but there is no reason to have access to that much info on anyone especially if your app is weak and you will never get paid from this app ever unless you download games, spend $ and play for weeks to make 10$. If you’re lucky. Stay farrrr away from this app! I have zero doubt that this app allowed my walmart app to be compromised and hacked! Stay away stay away from this fake criminal app!!

3. 4/5Not getting my rewards

   I really did enjoy this app but since it’s “get paid to play” and I’m not getting the pay part I’m uninstalling it because we don’t work for free. I made sure everything was updated on the phone and the pogo app itself and tracking is always on because that’s how you get paid when completing achievements. This is like the third time it’s happened where I’m not getting the pay part for the rewards. I don’t care if it’s ten cents or two dollars. If I’m giving my time to an advertisement paying me to play a game then I want it all. I went through customer support and even that is not super user friendly but the response was prompt and professional but unfortunately you can only get reimbursed for one achievement according to them which is why I’m uninstalling the app now. Make sure you unlink everything and turn off your location with them if you do also. All in all it’s a good app but since there’s some issues somewhere I’m done with it. The other thing you users need to consider is any game you download on a platform like this is universal meaning one download anywhere means you can’t be a new user for that same game anywhere else. So keep that in mind when you’re playing games that you’re not getting paid to play when that’s the agreement. I just wish it worked like it’s supposed to otherwise I’d still be playing.

   Been playing in pogo for approx 10 months and never had I gone through the terrible experience that started on Sep 23. Pogo owes me since then 1310 in rewards not sure if is a coincidence or not that since they will be doing without the Pogo Power play and the quick play they are lagging. I dont want to think the worse but im going to stop playing and play in my other appt because one of my emails that i sent has been ignored, i sent it to them and on the 23 i got a reply that it had been credited that it may take 72 hrs, well is been over the 72 I have sent them 2 other email using theirs and they have been ignored. Be careful as I dont really know whats going on with them right now. Im making an update to my issue with Pogo. As of today part of the points have been credited, however the oldest from 9/23 for the total of 505 has not and my replies are still being ignored. Most likely since they have discontinued these games I will not be credited for them. So I received an email from the developer and it says to follow the link to send my request, which I did back in September through the bot, received an email that the points had been credited to give 72 hrs to show and they havent and this is where im having issues cause my reply emails are being ignore. I have no idea how the developer wants me to respond if responding is only going through the bot. Update: finally all the issues has been solved. Please keep in mind that this is a honest site if u want to make a little extra money, but u may experience a hiccup along the way. I have changed my star rating since issue was taking care of.

5. 5/5The best money making app sooo far‼️🔥

   I had the Pogo app downloaded on my phone for quite awhile. However, I had not joined. One day Ivran out of surveys to complete on other apps and decided to give this app a try. And let me just say I love it. Let’s say a survey is not a right fit they will still compensate .7 cents as opposed to other cheap apps like “Eureka, Pop Survey & survey spin” that only compensate a pretty little penny. This app you don’t have a 5 or 10 requirement or more to reach before you can cash out. If you need to cash out a few cents to a measly dollar you can cash out ANYTIME! I look forward completing surveys on this app. Lately I have disregarded the other survey apps I use to do every day. I feel this app is respectable of your time. And there’s a lot of other ways you can make points and money. For instance they also reward you for your data, connecting your email and your other accounts. They also have games and promotions you can sign up for to get more points. If you haven’t checked this app YOU NEED TO! This is a great way to add a little hustle money on the side. And they also have the referral thing to. Pogo is my #1 survey app. And this is the God honest truth!!!!!
