1. 4/5Good but needs some improvements

   I have the pro version and I’ve been using for years and I love this app. That said there are still always things to improve. With the new update there is a lot to like but I wish the accounts button was on the left switched with the settings. Also I would prefer a button on the bottom right to go straight to accounts instead of having the bills icon as I rarely use it. Because I have investments I usually update the total value about every other day or so manually. I am fine doing it manually but the only way to do it is to change the beginning acct value. Otherwise I’d have to created incomes and expenses for the acct but would mess with my incomes/expenses due to it being a no cash change. Please make a function specific for investments to add appreciation or depreciation so that I can have a continuous and accurate net worth over time without affecting income/expense. I would also like to add when you do updates it sometimes messes up my acct values and idk why. Maybe it’s some way I imputed transactions years ago. Can you also add a category called Account Reconciliation. Also please correct the issue when entering transactions it is in lowercase

   I tried other budget programs.....Microsoft, Quicken, Mint....for me, this is by far the easiest. I can create categories and subcategories, delete the pre-filled categories I do not need. I can create recurring payments on a calendar to remind me of upcoming payments. I can add accounts easily. I can also do a budget for however many months in advance I need to in order to predict my future cash flow and expenses. I have within each item enter into the bank account to record notes such as balance left. I like that you can use a password or fingerprint to get into it so no one can just open the program and view your financial status. My only real issue is that when you add accounts, it only allows for a certain number to be added and to be able to view in the column. I have yet to figure out how to be able to scroll all the way to the bottom of the list to chose as it has not let me so far. But that is minor to me. I like that I can view a graph of just where my biggest spending is going and adjust accordingly. Overall, I have been using this program steadily for four years now and have decided to not change to a different program. Plus, upgrading cost very little and it was well worth it to get all the features. Definitely recommend this for anyone who want less complications for maintaining financial situation.

3. 1/5Great app bad support and updates

   Love this app. Have been using for several years. After this last update it has been terrible. I woke up to the app saying updating and syncing which I never seen before. I then waited for about an hour and turned my phone to stay on so it wouldn’t time out. After that still no change. I then decided to whip out my old tablet and downloaded the app and logged in to my account on that device. And to my surprise it showed transactions from 2021. But no other transaction on my checking account. Then I close the app I try to load the app on my iPhone again and still stuck at 98%. I then deleted the app and redownloaded it. Logged into my account and was shocked to see the most recent transaction on my account was from January 2025 but was only my monthly bank check fee. Then I logged out on tablet and back in and same thing I now had some transactions from 2023 as well as one transaction for every month until January 2025 all my $1 monthly bank fee charges. This is totally unacceptable and it’s terrible. I track and plan money a month out to ensure if anything happens I had a buffer that my wife or anyone could see and manage if needed. It also helped me plan upcoming trips and helped to manage my money. I need a backup from a few weeks ago that can get combined into the transactions I will be making now to fix this. I may end up just leaving this app entirely. I loved it so much that I paid to remove the ads as well. But now something like this makes me not even want to use it anymore.

   It takes a couple weeks to get used to how it works but once u get the hang of it, easy to use. I find it useful for tracking my kids money. Instead of giving them cash, I hold it and keep track of what they spend or what we owe each other in separate accounts. Also use separate accounts for my and my husbands monthly fuel use, and our monthly "allowances" - it's like we have expense accounts. This is a nice way to track daily discretionary spending. We don't use bill pay or link to our actual accounts. Just needed an app to help us keep up with spending habits of four people with different pots of money, sort of like the envelope system- and this app does this. My complaints are lack of easy backup/restore. Could not get it to work with my iPhone so when I reset my iPhone recently I lost all my data on this app and I'm not sure how much was in each persons budget. Not happy. Would also like to sync with my husbands device so we can share same info.

5. 5/5iPad version of this app wiped all my transactions

   I have been using this app for several years now. The iPhone version has always worked very well for me. While the iPhone version being nice I wanted to use my iPad to see the reports with the bigger screen. It was always buggy. Not syncing correctly with the phone. I tried to sync and delete the transactions on the iPad that didn’t belong and sync it back with my phone. In doing this the phone synced with the iPad deleting every single transaction that I had in this app. So now I have no transactions recorded. The iPad version still will not correctly sync with nothing. Saying that there are category spends on random dates with there being no transactions. Even though I paid for premium it still shows ads on my iPad. Also there is no way of backing up that I can find. Very disappointed with this whole experience and sync function. But Again the iPhone version was very helpful. And will continue to use it even after this mishap.
