2/5Please remove the logo animation delay when the app starts
App works great except when an auth request comes in, the app animation plays and eats up half the time I have to respond to the request, which is only a few seconds. It causes me to frequently miss my MFA window and have to retry and risk being locked out of my apps. Please remove the delay.

5/5Works very well, fast and compatible
I used this to onboard myself at a new job and it worked very quickly, even though my default browser is Brave (a nice surprise) I got my ID right the first time and I was set up and verified within a couple of minutes. This is also a good app to use as a general purpose Authenticator. The negative reviews may be for issues that have been resolved at this point.

4/5Works great, Needs Landscape, auto-close for iPad
Large corporation user here, only gripes here are: iPad (and perhaps iPhone) need to support the devide’s orientation; and once an authentication is sent to another app, pressing “close” should return the requesting app to the top (if permitted by iOS, if not then this app should self-close or minimize, leaving the previous app on top).

1/5Just a bad user experience, made worse each year.
I have 4 different Authenticator apps for my work, but have to use this one daily and it’s the worst one by far. I have to enter my password and have my face scanned on a known device each day, and the attempt fails about a quarter of the time because the app doesn’t account for lag. If you’re a company thinking about authentication software, don’t use this one.

I love this app! Helps me log in daily. At first I thought it was on top of my passwords, but this app has reduced the number of times I even need to enter a password many times over!
