   I use phantom wallet with Hivemapper and recently out of nowhere had my funds stolen. I never shared my secret phrase, clicked or interacted with other sites than Hivemappers official app, messaged anyone asking of my info, or clicked on any weird Airdrops. I know the scams and how to stay safe. But I’m at a loss now about how this happened, it must be security flaws in their chrome extension or app and think the app should be removed as updates are making it worse and not safe at all. Their support team isn’t helpful at helping me even track down what happened or offer any insights into what happened. I realize it’s on me to custody my stuff but believe their app has some sort of major underlying security flaw enabling the secret passphrase or keys to be exposed by a hacker in some way. Stay away from Phantom wallet.

2. 2/5Frustrating Experience — Would Not Recommend

   I’ve reached out to Phantom support numerous times due to ongoing issues with my wallet… coins disappearing, balances not updating, and assets simply not showing up when they should. Every time, the default response is to “reset your wallet” using my secret phrase, which I’ve done. Still, the same issues persist. What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of follow-up. I’ve submitted tickets and sent multiple follow-ups with no response. At this point, it feels like my funds are being held hostage. I just want to transfer them out to another wallet. I’ve also learned that others in a Discord group I’m part of have experienced similar problems with Phantom, so this isn’t an isolated case. Based on my experience and what I’ve heard from others, I’d strongly recommend looking into other wallet options instead.

   To be honest, I downloaded Phantom before any other crypto wallets. I got used to it. It was very user-friendly and never had a problem. I thought about downloading another wallet, but the reviews did not stand up to these. I would recommend Phantom for anyone looking to get Off of the big exchanges. I will say that every now and then you will get a fake deposit Showing you have a lot of money. Always be aware and do not click Sale because that is how hackers access your funds. I will say the scams are a little high, but as long as you’re smart and don’t fall for anything silly, you will be OK. If you only have $10 in a coin then all of a sudden you see it has 10,000. Don’t let your heartbeat fast and try to cash out. Just look over your wallet and see which one is yours and which one is the fake. It’s happened to me twice already.. I had to create a second wallet because I accidentally tried to sell a fake coin in my first wallet and I believe my account was jeopardized.. I learned my lesson and did not fall for it the second time when I created my second wallet.

   This app is almost guaranteed to lose you your money. First of all, it has zero customer service. Wanna lock your account from inside the app? You can’t do that. When moving large amount amounts of crypto do you want verification process? They don’t have one. So if at any point, someone is able to get into your phone, they can simply send all of your crypto out without any kind of verification process. And if you try to get help when this happens you get a useless chatbot and will wait hours to get customer support to contact you. This app might as well change its name to “how to lose your Crypto“. To better understand what happened my iCloud account got hacked. The hacker was able to download the Phantom app to a new device. Open the app without any kind of login or approval process for a new device. And empty my crypto wallet. That’s not a failure of security on phantoms part that’s a complete lack of any kind of security. I know this cause I have multiple wallets and this was the only one that was able to get hacked without my awareness. Oddly enough the way I found out was I got a transaction notification. After the fact. Let me explain what’s just happened here. They were able to send me a notification that my wallet had sent out all the funds. But not one to verify the transaction. And not one to verify the login on a new device. So instead of moving your money to this app, may I suggest that you just sent it out to a random Crypto Wallet number. Because that’s basically what’s gonna happen here. By the way, this happened two hours ago and I still have not been contacted by their customer service.

5. 5/5Best if it’s kind, absolutely incredible service with great satisfaction!!!

   I have tried many different crypto trading Applications Many are confusing and exhausting. But this app is simple and offers statistics that are helpful for beginners and people that have been around for a while. It also offers ways to learn and earn money for learning. Staking is available I haven't tried it yet but the option is there, if you're looking for something like that. Although I sometimes fell victim of crypto scam on one platform not this App, but a friend recommended Hacker Raphael to me and they were able to assist me recover it all. That’s my testimony today. If you have any issue in getting back your lost crypto funds. Hurry now and contact the best in the game of recovery. Heavensentrescue @ gmailcom
