   Dr. Frank Batista is an amazing care provider. He has gone down the medical rabbit hole with me for many years now and if not for his care I strongly believe I would no monger be here. I feared what it would be like for me when Covid hit and I am to at risk to go anywhere in public however he and his staff guided me through the virtual side and taught me how to use the system by phone and showed extreme patience and care in making sure they could stay connected with me and my home nurse. I am grateful for their kindness from Melanie at the front desk to whomever is on at the triage nurse station to Jerry who is the best nurse at that office to Cindy who can always find my veins to Melissa who is the Care Coordinator and last but definitely not least Dr. Batista. These people are more than my care network, they are my lifeline and saviors in my children’s eyes. They will never know what they have given me by taking such care of me especially the last 12 years as my health declined at such a rapid pace. They are my angels and a true gift from God. Thank you to all of you , words cannot express what you’ve given to my family by keeping me around all these years to have time with my family. I truly love you all from the depths of my heart.

   Dr Bernstein is my favorite doctor. He listens to me, n knows me n my issues, which is great because I’m a tad complicated. He knows when I’m good n when I’m bad. I never worry he doesn’t hear my concerns. Medically he’s a terrific doctor n he will stand behind me n if I disagree or another doc feels I’m wrong, he will either express his confirm or let them know they are wrg.. I would recommend him to anyone as a great doctor n professional. He’s kind great bedside manner, n he’s the real deal. He’s positive, yet honest, n knows me, n I him. I know he would be difficult to replace. I pray I have him as my doc till the end. Doctor Bernstein is my lifesaver!!!

   I love how easy it is to get appts with this app but I feel it has a very serious design flaw. The notes and referrals entered through this platform do not always get saved to the medical chart which I feel makes it difficult to maintain communication continuity between providers. The majority of patients don’t realize how much they should be keeping track of what goes on with their medical care and they heavily rely on providers and their documentation to keep up with that. In addition to that statement, I feel that providers are held to very high standards of documentation and spend countless hours on it.. therefore, having this type of l communication breakdown very seriously undermines their hard work and valuable time.

   I have Health on demand app and whenever I get an appointment scheduled through my provider, I would think the app would allow me to click into my appointment. However you must wait for an email and then click on the link and then the link doesn’t always connect to the appointment. The only way I was able to do my HealthOnDmnd was through my cell phone. It worked but it took me over 40 minutes to get connected & I missed my appointment. Fortunately my provider was willing to see me anyways. Ugh it’s so frustrating for a top rated institution to have such lousy IT…I’m an employee & can verify that many of the programs & platforms are antiquated by comparing the sites with other companies whose products are so much more efficient!!!

5. 5/5Physicians at Lime Spring

   These providers have been apart of my life and my daughters life for 35+ years, and I can’t say enough to express my trust and appreciation for their caring service they have provided to us. Everyone of them including all the clinical and administrative staff have always been very pleasant and helpful with our medical needs. They take the time to listen and to really understand what our needs are. And, I am so thankful to have wonderful providers like Red Rose Peds, n GIM.
