1. 3/5Nice app, a few important things to fix.

   So don't get me wrong, this is a very nice app, a nice way to meet people around the world or someone near you, but there are a lot of very important things that this app needs to be fixed. I was very hopeful of this app at first, especially with the way you verify to be yourself, so you hopefully avoid catfishing others and others don't trick and catfish you. It's a face scanning thing, and that took me maybe an hour because it was so certain my face wasn't real…so definitely with that, no creeps come into your age range, right? I was very wrong. I have my age range set for 14-15. So why am I getting full 18, 19, 20 year 20-year-olds in my requests and asking for inappropriate things? People my age, too, like, come on. On top of that, there are grown men in some of these kids' accounts, and there are so many of them. They make false and very inappropriate images of you on iMessages, or I'm assuming WhatsApp, and threaten to leak it if you don't give them money or make them another Peeps account, which is how they get around and spread like parasites. This behavior is disgusting, and if it doesn't get stopped, more kids will get preyed on like this, and it's unacceptable. Also, the request page? There's a glitch here when it says that the request is hidden after 24 hours, when you just got it. It'll drive people away from the app if you don't get it fixed. In shorter words, fix your face scanner, let only one account per person to stop the predators, fix the age ranges, censoring, and requests. It’s literally all I ask, if not for this review, then for everyone else. Thanks.

2. 3/5Peeps Lack of Customer Service.

   I have been a peeps user for around a year now and I have recently run into a problem. The problem is that when I get friend request I am unable to access those friend request. Usually peeps only locks friend request when they have been sitting there for a while, but I can actively be on the app and get a friend request and it automatically appears locked. I’m not sure if this is a tactic created by the company to ensure more companies by peeps Gold pack but it is disturbing. This issue has persisted for 2 weeks and I have tried to get in contact with Peeps customer service on three different occasions with no success (response). Even when texting peeps they ignored my concern regarding my account. I simply would like for the issue to be fixed and for my concerns to be taken serious as a user of this app. I do love the app, but this issue is making it really hard to not delete my account.

3. 2/5The banning issue Overall, this app is good

   But it’s the banning that made me forget about it because in my bio I put “ I don’t bite” and they banned me and I asked for them to review it and it told me that I can’t use it anymore. God knows what reason I feel like they should fix this problem because it wasn’t that serious and I had a lot of request on the app I know it’s all gone down to waste just because of their stupid banning room. I think they should fix that problem. after I got banned which was like four months ago, it told me the team was reviewing my request to have my account looked over, but I just downloaded it back and it still says the same thing and my account is still disabled. I don’t know why I was banned in the first place just because I said I don’t bite that is not offensive and they really need to look over their standards. UPDATE!!!!! I still didn’t get to log into my account. My account is still disabled and it still says that they are reviewing my request for it to be looked over but I literally did not do anything. All I said was people can talk to me. I don’t bite and yet they banned me for that, and I really was looking forward to make friends on that app and the fact that I cannot make new accounts is really really really sad.

   "Peeps" is less of a friendship app and more of a digital black hole for your money and sanity. It's a financial vampire that relentlessly forces you to pay for basic functions like seeing who's interested in you, and even when you do, it often leads to a mismatch, leaving you with less money and no new friends. The system is fundamentally broken, with filters that ignore your preferences and a relentless torrent of ads for those who refuse to pay. This app is a masterclass in predatory monetization, dangling the carrot of connection while actively draining your bank account. You pay for everything—to see who likes you, to message people, and even to filter by your own state, a feature that doesn't even work properly. The app’s user experience is a labyrinth of annoyances, a frustrating obstacle course designed to squeeze every last penny from its users. It's a soulless clone of every other failed friendship app, but with a more aggressive and frankly, disgusting business model. It's a complete disappointment, a scam, and a colossal waste of time and money that will leave you feeling drained and frustrated. The name should be changed from "Peeps" to "Creeps," as it’s a terrifying look into how little an app developer can care about its users. This app is a warning: do not download.

5. 2/5moderation system being sensitive and serious banning issue.

   don’t get me wrong, the app was amazing the global features was fantastic, made lots of new good real friends, however the banning and restriction is insane. i am old enough for that app and it’s saying im not. someone report me for standing up for my friends and they used as i wasn’t old enough however the person was 10, not 13+. it’s ridiculous, i put in a review to get my account unbanned and because of them reporting me they won’t let me back bc they think i am underage. it is RIDICULOUS and i dont like how ppl get so sensitive and report ppl for no reason, if the reason was true sure that fine but for a false reason is not okay. its not what those ppl should think its what the creators of the app think. i also hate how the moderation system is so so sensitive. my friend was helping someone who was having suicidal thoughts and he got restricted for saying “ it’ll all be okay, just give it time and go outside and live life and heal “ or something like that, i feel like that should change seriously. and you can hate on me for my review but this is my opinion and im standing my ground.
