1. 5/5Credit card won’t work

   Tried various times with credit card and won’t work. Online help suggestions include , not trying to repeat the order, try not to make purchases with said card before purchasing again and my favorite, just pay cash. Paying online shouldn’t be an option if the credit card won’t work and then when asking customer service how to amend the situation they place the blame on me. Would be an excellent app if I weren’t forced to pay cash only. Defeats the entire purpose.

2. 1/5La peor experiencia con esta app. WORST APP.

   El servicio al cliente es ineficiente. Al parecer no hay filtro con quién trabaja para ellos como repartidores, la primera y última vez que ordené en República Dominicana a través de esta app el repartidor se quedó con mi comida y cuando pedí reembolso la app seguía automatizando que debía “corroborar mi identidad” para hacerlo, incluso cuando ya había enviado repetidas veces mi documentación. LO PEOR de todo es que al día siguiente que reclamé el robo, descubrí que los repartidores tienen acceso a tu número de teléfono y me empezó a contactar vía WhatsApp diciendo que no se había robado nada. Que clase de medidas de protección al consumidor tienen? Altamente decepcionado. Por eso es que Uber sigue teniendo más demanda. Y en inglés también: I traveled to DR and decided to order food using this app. The first time I ordered the delivery person kept my food. I asked for a refund and they said I would get it after I confirm my identity, the app since I submitted the necessary info hasn’t given me any updates. Their costumer service is rude even though they’re the ones at fault. And THE WORST PART is that the drivers have access to your personal phone number, which lead in my case for him to reach out the very next day via WhatsApp complaining because I accused him of keeping my order. This app has zero security measures when it comes to protecting their customers. HIGHLY disappointed. Use Uber eats instead.

3. 3/5No English !!!

   So I live in the United States, and I do not know Spanish, I only use this app for when I am on vacation in El Salvador, I know everyone in the reviews already are talking about the app crashing, no customer service, no possible way to cancel orders, and nonstop failed debit and credit card payments, but Im willing to deal with all that trouble, my only real need is the fact that I can’t order at all because there’s no possible way to make the app in English, please correct me if I’m wrong but I spent hours trying to change settings on my phone to put the app in English so I could order food when my Salvadorian family was out without me, or simply to feel my own freedom ordering food in this country but I can’t, I can’t order anything and I have to walk places, uber is not popular enough in the area Im in to just get a ride to a restaurant and back, so I just have to starve most of the time that im here, I hope one day they can make it possible for more than one language on this app, because I won’t ever be able to use it at this rate.

   Have never had a worse experience with a food delivery application before. I paid via mobile deposit. Their automatic system refused to acknowledge the mobile deposit. On the third try, the system approved it but changed it to cash. At that point, I tried to cancel the order five or six times because I did not have any cash on me to pay the delivery driver. I tried to contact the restaurant and the order, as well as cancel the order on the app, with no physical way to do any of those things. Finally, I got a call from the driver who asked me to pay in cash, and I told him that I didn't have any. Pedidos ya informed him that if I didn't pay in cash, he would have to pay it. This is in a third-world country where $70 for an order is a lot of money, and I wasn't going to leave the driver with that. The net result is that I paid in cash and paid the transaction fee, or paid remotely, so I paid for my order twice. Still never got a hold of anybody at customer service. Pedidos ya ran away screaming.

5. 1/5Horrible customer service

   I ordered pizza and wings one night. The wings were the largest part of the order. The driver called me AFTER the restaurant had already made the pizza to say, “sorry but there are no wings”. I told him it was fine, we would just take the pizza. He delivers the pizza and gives me a receipt with the adjusted price. I told him the app still showed the larger amount ($25 difference). He told me not to worry, it was just an authorization and would come off. That never happened. I contacted pedidos ya support vía the app. This woman told me 3 times, “well the receipt on my end shows a pizza and wings and the total of xxxxxx”. No matter how many times I explained and even sent her the receipt that I got from the driver, she refused to give me my money back. Thank goodness for USAA! I reported the FRAUDULENT charge and they refunded me my money. It should not have taken all of that, when I had a receipt. Needless to say, I am deleting this app and sticking to Uber Eats or just going to get it myself.

   Yo quisiera saber el por qué no permiten que el usuario tenga la posibilidad de cancelar un pedido mal hecho al instante de hacerlo. Eso está mal, así como las plataformas de transporte dejan cancelar las carreras para pedir nuevas, deberían dejar que uno cancele el pedido para hacer uno nuevo. Inconforme

   Compre sushi, el repartido estuvo una hora parado sin contestar mensajes y termine pidiendo reembolso. No pude hablar con ningún ser humano que me resolviera el problema durante el proceso solo IA que no ayudaba ni se ponía en contacto en el repartidor. Encima el reembolso me llega en 7 días hábiles osea me voy a quedar con hambre, voy atrasado donde tenia que ir y no tengo dinero para comprar otra cosa para comer ya que tienen una semana para devolvermela. Pésimo servicio al cliente.
