"body": "I have been an account holder since 2007. Recently they made changes and have increased minimum balance requirements on their basic accounts while offering 0 benefits. First there was a minimum standing balance of $3,000 to avoid fees. I am now told it is $20,000. Keep in mind you get 0 additional benefit or any real interest while maintaining this balance. PPG used to be good as a local bank but they’re charging credit level card fees for no reward. I suggest users find a different bank such as SoFi that offers a more robust app experience.",
