"body": "The app is very simple, but the lack of Zelle for business users is a serious hindrance on convenience. When myself or business partner need to fund the account it takes days to have checks clear. If we do not write a check and we need to fund the account we are forced to withdraw cash from another bank to deposit money. This will ultimately result in using another bank for our business needs.",

"body": "Columbia on-line banking app is poorly done- it has poor logic, and even poorer instructions. The \"help' is no help. Beyond the most basic questions, you will need to go to the branch to get your questions answered. This is what can happen when the very computer literate design an app without due consideration given to the majority of their customers. It is not intuitive for users, when compared to on-line apps of major banks.",

At the start of the pandemic I downloaded apps from 3 different banks and this one is by far the worst in terms of functionality and customer service. Mobile deposit Almost never goes through the first time. Constantly deleting and reinstalling the app. Customer service is unhelpful and just advise you to delete and reinstall instead of fixing the problems.",
