"body": "I’ve encountered a few incidents where my notes are not uploading despite being on Wi-Fi and also trying cellular data. Support is limited. I assume this is because it’s Australian company and I’m in America but if you’re gonna cater to other countries, support should be available. It’d be nice to have someone to troubleshoot in the moment. I’m here waiting for my notes to upload. 8/2025: I was able to connect with the team. They resolved the transcribe delay and since then it’s been such a time saver. I’m now out of work on time and not bringing yesterday’s notes into the next day. The customer service has been great, Darren was a huge help!",
