"body": "I paid for the full version of the app so I could train for my new position as a monitor tech with no ads. I had progressed and unlocked all challenge difficulty levels, and I made my own custom tests as well. Now the app erased all my progress and crashes every time I try to start a challenge. It was a good app when it worked, but now my money is wasted.",
