  1. 5/5A Perfect App for Art and Photography

I have been using ON1 software for many years and now this incredible company has an IOS app. The implications are huge in especially the Raw format founder: but if you use only one feature, the HDR is unrivaled. Plus the option for 4x enlarged files is nearly available while saving. The ability to adjust everything possible is also great… but I know that it’s the highest quality and most exacting coding written in the app that makes this far superior to the many others. If you want to maximize the amazing photos taken from and by your iPhone or iPad… ON1 is especially a photographer’s best option for all considerations. The price and the plethora of training videos and more make this my favorite app for all the right reasons

  2. 5/5All in for ON1!

ON1 Photo Mobile far exceeded my expectations. I love the flexibility it offers by allowing me to capture and access my raw photos with just a few clicks on my mobile device. Any changes made within the app sync directly with my desktop program via ON1 360, so I can view my library in real time when I want and how I want. Love this app and I can undoubtedly say I’m still all in for ON1!

  3. 2/5Mo’ Money

I hate subscriptions. Thought I was buying use the app, not endless subscriptions to more pieces of the app. Paid $119 + tax last night. Tried to use tonight, immediately start getting Buy more pieces if your want to use this app. All I am able do is the same thing I can do on Apple Photos, really basic adjustments. Next, Another $40 for ON1+, whatever that is, I think is training videos. When I try to use a tool that isn’t already available to me in Apple Photos for free, the ON1 app gives me one option, buy a cloud subscription. I don’t want a cloud subscription. I want to store locally, at least until I decide if I like the app. I am fed up with subscriptions. Two stars is a generous rating for my experience with this app so far. Might be a good app, but I don’t think I’ll ever know, because I am not buying a SUBSCRIPTION to cloud storage. I already pay for cloud storage with Apple. What else are you going to try to sell me?

  4. 2/5Good editor, poor organizer

The app delivers on its promise to bring the ON1 editing engine to mobile and iPad, but that’s the extent of the good news. The overall UI needs work and the way photos are organized is poor. Unless I missed something, libraries cannot be sorted, there is no search function, and meta data editing is absent. There is no way I’d want “all my photos with me” because there’s no way to reasonably find specific ones like I can in Lightroom or Mylio. I also found the sync engine a bit slow, but that could be launch pains. If your goal is to sync with ON1 Photo Raw and manage a limited number of photos (or you photos are managed as projects), this definitely could work for you. If your photos are more random or you use searches to surface memories, this isn’t going to be your solution.

  5. 2/5An OK Start

I was pretty excited about this app, but compared to Lightroom mobile it is fairly primitive. The filters that are available are minimal, although I understand more will be added by this fall, as well as the ability to make local adjustments. I initially had some connectivity issues related to the inability of ON1 360 to recognize my account, which seem to have been resolved by ON1’s tech supported. But I am not thrilled with the interface on my iPad, and I am having a problem with a black box that sometimes obscures part of the photo that I am working on. It’s maybe not fair to compare this app with Lightroom’s more mature product, but I don’t think I will continue with ON1 until they add more features and work out some of the kinks.

Can't even sign up for an account, as the country drop down doesn't scroll on Pixel 7 Pro.

  2. 2/5

I like the desktop app, so having the same powerfull tools on the go sounds promising... but the UI is a bit cluncky, and I cannot use my presets without Cloud Sync... Seriously? I can understand that I won't be able to sync photos without it, but locking out presets behind a montlhy subscription is just going too far. Disappointing.

  4. 1/5

Have just downloaded as Lightroom has increased its prices but seriously this is like a child compared to the lightroom app. Its features are basic level it's sluggish and the layout is terrible. I just paid for the whole suite online but after using this I'm refunding it.
