1. 5/5Awesome customer service and quick to respond

   So I bought my whole family a pair these shoes as we are all on our feet a lot and they had great reviews so got myself, husband and our 11 year old son a pair well my shoes started to come apart after about three months and I was really upset to spend this kind of money on shoes for them to not hold up I reached out to customer service through cloud warranty not thinking I would hear back or get anywhere but they reach out within few days I didn’t see their email so I went and downloaded the app to chat with someone and she informed me they had sent two emails trying to contact me to resolve the matter so I checked my spam folder and there they were I responded back with the info they needed and by the next day my I was contacted again through email with them apologizing for the failed pair shoes and was given a digital gift card to replace my shoes now you must use the card on their website which is awesome as you get more options so needless to say I’m very happy with the timing and results I have placed my order and will update with another review when I receive with how long shopping takes and review of the shoe I ordered as I went with a shoe made more for everyday wear this time. Great customer service wish it was this easy with some other company’s when spending a lot money on items you except great quality but I know not everything is perfect and things happen and these guys were so quick and awesome getting it fixed for me. For sure will be a long time customer.

2. 5/5All time favorite running shoe.

   I’ve fallen in LOVE with the cloudmonster and the cloudmonster 2 (I’ve got the Cloudmonster 3 - but haven’t run in it yet). I always ran with an ASICS nimbus for 10 years, until they changed their fit… I tried the Brooks Adrenaline, which I liked, and still “like,” but was curious about these “oncloud” shoes. I tried them on at our local Fleet Feet where I was advised to go a half size larger as I need an 8 wide shoe (so I get the 8 1/2 in on). I loved them (I got the cloud monster first). I felt like every run I was rolling forward and springing off (vs. sinking down into cushion like the asics nimbus 27). There was plenty of support (I wear knee braces on both knees due to learning I have missing cartilage on both knees after having orthopedic surgery on both knees to find out what was going on). I seek a shoe that will break the impact, yet still make me spring forward to enjoy my run! The cloudmonster is GREAT! I tried the Cloudmonster2 and basically equally loved it. It felt like more of a Cadillac of shoes in its structure; a little more sturdy (slightly heavier), but not enough to change my pace- just enough to make me feel like it was going to last longer. I used the cloudmonster 2 (I had cycled 2 pairs of them) for a marathon last fall that I intended to walk, but with a long training plan, and these shoes that made me LOVE to put them on and go for a speed walk which turned into a run. I ran the marathon (only impressive to me, as I wasn’t sure I was going to run again at all after the 2nd knee surgery). I swear it had a lot to do with putting on the cloudmonster and cloud monster 2 shoes that kept me motivated and kept me wanting to take them out for another run. The shipping has been simple (with my future shoes)… I’ve tried the cloudswift once- I like them also. I need to try them a few more times, but I don’t think I’ll go with another running shoe! It’s my new go to! Keep up the good work!

3. 5/5In-store shopping experience

   Today I went to the local store in Design district. A worker helped me find the shoes. She told us that someone would go get them so we sat down and waited for the shoes to come. 20 minutes passed and we weren’t told anything about the shoes. I went to look for the lady who was the one who helped us with the shoes. I asked her how much longer the shoes would take. And she said that since they were really busy. So I sat back down to wait for them to arrive. 10 minutes after that. We were told by the lady that they didn’t find the shoes. My mom and I were really bothered because we had been waiting half an hour for the shoes for then to be told that they didn’t have them. We were bothered because we waisted half an hour waiting for some shoes which is ridiculous. If they told us before that that didn’t have them we would have been alright and came back an other day. So please be careful with that. Because we got a terrible in-store experience.

   To the On Happiness Delivery Team, For the past 15 or so years, I have wrestled with the debilitating effects of a heredity peripheral neuropathy condition called CMT 2Y. As a result, I have tried many different shoes and have found On to be the best shoe. So, I have become a dedicated fan of On for years. I am writing today because I was incredibly impressed by the recent release of the SR x ON Cloud Regatta racing shoe. I immediately bought a pair in anticipation of the upcoming racing season. Grip has become an increasing concern for me due to the advances of the CMT 2Y condition. In addition to sailing, I play golf and struggle to walk 18 holes. The recent advance for sailors made me realize there is one glaring hole in your lineup: Golf. The golf industry is currently seeing a massive shift toward "athletic" and "lifestyle" silhouettes, yet few brands have mastered the balance of comfort and technical performance as well as On in any shoe. The core technologies you already possess are a perfect match for the sport. I already wear On shoes to the clubhouse and I would love to stay on the "clouds" for all 18 holes but, the regular tread patterns are not enough to provide the required stabilization , especially when. The course is a little bit wet. Golfers walk 5–7 miles per round. The "running on clouds" sensation would be a game-changer for fatigue reduction and increased stability on every one of the 18 holes and the practice range . The Cloud Regatta proves that you could move beyond the "forward-motion" mechanics of walk/running to master the multi-directional stability required on the fairway. That same engineering would translate perfectly to the tee box. Please pass this along to your product development and innovation teams in Zurich. We are ready and waiting for the Cloud Golf.    The shoes are good but the company is a no. I ordered two pairs of shoes July 3rd and they came on July 29th. I’ve never had to wait so long for a pair of shoes to arrive. Not only that but one of the shoes I ordered never came because they were out of stock. They gave me a 10% discount on my next order because the shoes were out of stock which clearly meant nothing because they are offering that discount to anyone because of their prolonged shipping time. Even though I had to wait almost a month for my shoes I was not offered that discount. I asked for them to take off the 10% off my order instead of having to reorder and wait another month for shoes but they said they couldn’t. Most companies will provide you with the discount cause it saves them time on repackaging, shipping, and dealing with your return. I will not be purchasing from them again. Terrible service and clearly don’t care about the environment like they say they do if they would rather have the box shipped back to them and back to me again in order to get the 10% off.
