   I hate to be negative but this app has problematic for over a year and it seems to just get worse. Currently I can not even get it open it just keeps showing a white screen with the blue purple waves and I have closed and reopened it about 8 times over the last hour and a half. Two days ago I had requested a shift for a facility I had requested at least ten times to work at. However there is no systematic way to know that you were not “ picked” I tried reaching out to scheduling only to receive the reply the day AFTER the shift. So two days ago I decided to go even though no official confirmation. Well of course they didn’t need me. So fair enough I knew it was a gamble. So I drive back to my town because I was thirty min away. There is the same shift posting AGAIN only this time with a $75 bonus 😳what ???? I was just there I have never worked there before so no reason to not be wanted there. I don’t get it …..it shouldn’t be this difficult ! 😥

   I give this app a 3 stars. I like that there are facilities near me that I can choose from which is a select few and then the rest like 80 miles or so away. One could definitely earn a part time or full time income doing this if you get scheduled. The problem with this app is that the need for help at these facilities is great but the response time is slow and or no response. The need for help is great but I also don’t like that when requesting a shift at a location of choice the position is eventually filled by someone else but then that same position that I requested 2 days ago is looking for help again. I don’t like the fact that this is happening at multiple locations and multiple times a week when I have requested the shift. I could be requesting to work a shift the same day and then eventually say the shift is filled by someone else and then an hour later their looking to fill the shift again. If you work in healthcare, a person will eventually find out that the need for help is great and that most healthcare places are always short staffed. So do workers a favor and use registry. Nursa needs to do at first come, first served so staff members are not getting burnt out and the facility is not left short staffed. That’s what it’s here for. Another thing that the app does sometimes is take a while to load and then it will say error and become blank. With that being said, this app could use some improvement and I give it 3 stars.

3. 3/5ALMOST a great app

   This app is a wonderful idea, and I love the simplicity of working, once you are actually able to schedule a shift. Unfortunately, scheduling shifts is a huge pain, and the actual app is designed very poorly. There are a number of glitches, and probably 1 in 5 times I just have to restart the app all together to get it to work. Now for my biggest complaint: most of the glitches aren’t a big deal, but where things get frustrating is when you are trying to find specific facilities you want to work at. The app’s filter system is horrible, and it can be really hard to find a shift in the city you want. For instance, if I want to find a shift in a specific city, you can’t do that. You have to either be in that city currently and set the search radius accordingly, or you have to search for the city and select every single facility in that city to search for what shifts are available. This wouldn’t be a big deal, except they list all kinds of facilities, even if they don’t currently have any shifts available. So for instance, you can spend all kinds of time manually selecting 100 different facilities in a given city, only for not a single job to show up. This can be extremely frustrating at times, and I wish they would add a more simple option to see all AVAILABLE shifts in a given city, rather than having to use your actual location or manually search by facility.

   The app is ok and let’s you get paid instantly. But when it come to unexpected situations the platform took forever to get back to me and I’m still waiting . They froze my account for 2 weeks , due to me having to cancel my shift my baby sitter died suddenly and i had to cancel the shift I had nobody to watch my kids. I been submitted a request to unfreeze my account. Nobody call or emailed me . I explained to the representative the situation And that it was not my fault my baby sitter passed away. It’s been a week and nobody got back to me so I can work! I don’t like that they freeze your account like that life happens not happy about this, was 5stars in my book now 3.

   This app use to be really spot on now it’s just garbage ! Glitches all the time doesn’t refresh most of the time you try and find a shift it won’t update to the area your in and when it does some of the places that have multiple shifts you request them just for the facility to leave you pending for a long time some will leave you pending for a whole week and either approve you like 30 minute before the shift or they just don’t at all there will be like 16 people pending for one shift at a facility absolutely ridiculous there should be a policy for companies doing that and approving last minute there should also be a canceling policy like two hours before a shift is to start so many times I have been canceled an hour or two before the shift starts and I’ve gotten dressed or drove half way there it’s ridiculous some of them places need to be banned from using agency there’s a new agency place and you get approval within minutes !!! I’m no longer going to use Nursa .
