3/5Poor functionality
The monitors on the train don’t show arrival times that are synchronized with the app. And the app updates for delays with irregularity and doesn’t show the new arrival time but just an estimate of how many mins the train is late. Also the markings on seats on train that mark when it is occupied aren’t synched. Old tech basically

When it is working it makes for seamless travel. In the rare occasions it does not, It leaves one in limb with no way out.

1/5Timezone issues persist
You can’t find or book a ticket if you happen to be in a timezone before the Netherlands. Doesn’t show any trains, not fixed for several month or maybe forever. What a joke of a team maintaining this app! Zero skills!
