I feel like this app would be top-tier. If we didn’t have to subscribe just to read a story. I feel like this app would be top-tier if I could actually just watch ads instead of having to read articles and buy points and coupons if I could just watch videos to earn that that would be better. I feel like this app would be top-tier if it had more options for us to actually earn our points and coupons rather than just buy them and subscribe at that point this is really like a two star one star app because why the story might be good sometimes and the grammar might be good. Sometimes the fact that we still have to subscribe or make a subscription or just buy coins back to back to back makes this app whack.

I purchased a subscription to read a story but then I realized you still wouldn’t have access to the full story so I immediately canceled it as well as deleted my account. Well fast forward I’ve been getting charge attempts for the past month randomly for this app despite me canceling and deleting everything. Now I’m in a back and forth with what I assume is customer service and they’re literally no help. Whatever you do don’t buy a subscription because apparently even when you cancel they’ll still try to charge you weeks later and then claim they don’t know what’s going on.

I havnt tried a subscription and based on the reviews I wont, I will say the book I’m reading is amazing and im addicted but you can only read so much in one day before you have to watch ads and stack coupon and coins to try to get the other chapters available. I’m currently writing this review hoping to get 20 coupons to continue reading it also took me to a whole different app to review so I dont think ill actually get the coupon. If you dont mind reading some for 1 day and not reading for the continuation of the day this app is great.

1/5Horrible Scam- DO NOT USE
I wrote a review explaining why the app was horrible. You’re unable to cancel. They continue to charge even after emailing and then when you send the information they send a standard response repeating the same thing. I don’t have user information because it doesn’t show up in my Apple subscriptions so you cannot follow the directions that they’ve given. I provided screenshots of transaction IDs in the transaction attempts and still get the same canned response. I will be opening a fraud claim with my bank. I received a developer response to my previous review and I can’t even comment on it because it doesn’t show up! Beyond frustrating

1/5SCAM! Won’t cancel subscription
I have emailed them multiple times to cancel my subscription ( I cancelled it via Apple subscriptions 1 week after I subscribed). They do not respond via the communication channels they tell you to use to cancel. They keep trying to charge my card. It’s been over two months and I’m still I getting notifications of their transaction being denied. So frustrating. If everyone reports this app to Apple for its financial abuse/ scams it would be great. The stories / book setup is weird. They reuse the same characters from 4-5 different families. The stories do not make sense, depict the physical, emotional, and financial abuse of women and children, and are disturbing.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. I signed up for the $1.99 trial with the intention to cancel. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL. The app directs you to unsub via G Play Store, it does not show up as a sub. Nowhere in app itself to unsub. Multiple emails unanswred. Deleted app which was supposed to clear all my info including payment, obviously did not work.
