   Warning : do not spend any money to subscribe in anyway .This is the first time I’ve used this app. I bought a weekly subscription.I read five stories in the area of 80 pages to 130 pages. Two of the stories said that they were completed, and they were in fact completed. Three of the stories said completed, and they were not even near being complete. They left you hanging right in the middle. And there is nothing you could do. Very, very disappointing.

2. 1/5Do not subscribe!!

   After reading a sample of a book, I downloaded the app and subscribed to finish it. But the story fizzled out for me so I decided to not go forth with my subscription and cancel it. I followed the instructions on how to cancel my subscription and in my apple subscriptions, the app was not found to cancel? I then try other ways like going to the company site, through my Google play, and so forth. I even emailed customer support twice with no answer. This has been a nightmare to say the least. I’m hoping to get this resolved before I get charged again? Please save yourself the trouble because I’m thinking this is a scam to rip people off? Now I have to contact my bank to put a stop to these transactions, if there was an option for no stars I’d have chosen that one.

3. 1/5Won’t give the year’s subscription

   I paid for a year’s subscription, which very clearly said gives access to all books. The year subscription was a good chunk of money. I went to read and it won’t allow me to read past the first few chapters of any of the books. It keeps asking me to pay for a year subscription that I already paid for! I contacted customer service. The first response I got had nothing to do with my issue. It was stupid, and I let them know it was stupid and told them I want my subscription that I paid for. Someone else finally got to me and asked me for my member ID, and I gave that to them, and they haven’t gotten back to me and it’s been a while. Apple needs to stop hosting apps that take people’s money and don’t deliver. I’m ticked!

   I enjoy reading the books and when they give me ads to watch to read another chapter, I do. But I will not subscribe because they take your money and it’s ongoing and you don’t get what you pay for. Novelink really needs to fix this problem because it’s not fair to customers to steal their money.

5. 1/5Unable to cancel or manage account subscription from the app

   Don’t download or purchase this app. I’ve been trying to contact support for a month now with no response and they keep charging me. Apple subscription wouldn’t work so had to use their payment system. Their app doesn’t allow you to manage your subscription or payment and support won’t answer so I just keep getting charged. It wasn’t purchased with apple subscriptions so I can’t just cancel and have to contact my bank for further measures. Poorly made app and book selections are very few.
