4/5All’s Good, Except Choosing Pickup Time
The app works great, and I appreciate it. However, when choosing a pick up time, if a time is not available, it should tell you that as soon as you pick it, or even better, not let you pick it at all; versus, how it is now, which is that it doesn’t tell you that time is not available until you click “place the order”. So, I had to go back-and-forth choosing the next time, only to find out that none of the times were available, and the only choice left that finally worked was the ASAP. This equated, too many needless steps, which intern, led to user frustration because I clicked on all of the times for the entire rest of the day, to no avail. It would be great if you could please fix this. Thank you, and happy new year!

Love NBC but what a useless app. First of all, there are no descriptions for the flavors. You have to visit the website for that. Second, why do you force customers to register a credit card to obtain rewards points? Stop being greedy about my personal info and just award points based on the email I had to provide for the app. On top of that, why do you limit the types of cards that can be used to register with? For example, you can pay with a Discover card but cannot register a Discover card - what the what?! Also, when ordering multiple items, you can only add one item at a time and then you have to go back through the ordering cycle to order another item??!! The website allows you to simple add the next item from the same screen making the app a less convenient way to order. Finally, the Order History section does not work. I placed an order and although I received an email confirmation there is no mention of my order in the history. Again, what is the point of the app if it only makes it more difficult than the website??!!

4/5Love the cake, not a fan of the app…
If you’ve ever had one of these bundt cakes, you’ll never conjure images of Grandma’s dry, crumbly icing bundts ever again! No matter what location I’ve been to, cake is always super moist, tastes the same, and is perfectly iced with a frosting that is never “granulated” like a lot of buttercreams are, and isn’t too cream cheesy—-just sweet enough! My only gripe is the app is horrible. Good luck to you if you ever need to switch store locations! I live equidistant from two spots and one is open slightly later. I can pull up the locations easily enough, but strap in, grab a strong drink, prepare to pull out your hair, say lots of bad words, and STILL not be able to change delivery locations once your order from a spot once. Massive app fail.

I order fairly frequently (a few times a month) and often receive promos as a benefit. I was excited to use the app when I saw it! I typically prefer an app to a website, so I wanted to love it. I saw the prior month’s special still available, so I was thrilled! That sometimes happens when there are leftovers, so I placed them in my cart for order. Then I headed to checkout. This is where my disappointment began. First, I was unable to use my promo for purchase. It kept telling me only 1 promo could be used. There were no others redeemed and it still would not redeem. Then, it would not allow me to use Apple or Google pay as an option, only a credit card which I could store. If I did, I could get rewards points. If I didn’t, no points. So, while it was a nice app and has great possibilities, there’s some work to be done.

4/5Delicious cakes, business improvements
I love their products and especially like to try the seasonal options. It’s a nice sweet treat to have around. I often get frustrated when I try to stop by and they are closed. The hours are not always convenient and I feel they close too early. It takes too long to accumulate to get rewards because you really can’t eat a Bundt cake every day or every week. Better deals and coupons and rewards would encourage me to use it more. The app also needs to have an Apple Pay option. I don’t want to have to load my credit
