1/5Don’t Use Apple ID
I create an account with my Apple ID and through Apple, I purchased a subscription inside the app it showed I had a subscription and could access all the premium content however, whenever I was in the web browser signed in with my Apple ID it showed that I did not have an account. I provided the support team with all the documentation from payments to cards used to screenshot showing what was happening. They had no answer. It was very frustrating experience and nothing was solved. If you can’t support people who use an Apple ID do not have it as an option.

Are you ever going to fix the bug that now delays the app from opening for 10-15 seconds everytime you open it??? This is a paid subscription that has gotten so much worse. Fix this problem or you are going to lose all your customers!! Ridiculous that you arent fixing it after all the negative reviews. I just did the latest update it the same problem still exists!!! Figure it out already!!!!!

4/5Old Columns and Are All Parts of the State Covered Equally?
Some links display the last date a column was run and that date is several months old. Either remove the links or start up the columns again. Also it seems more “second tier” stories about North Jersey are listed on the main page than others from Central and South Jersey; this is with News and Sports. Is there something that can be done to balance this out?

4/5Good app but something happened
I never write reviews but I love this app and couldn’t figure out how to ask a question from the developer or give feedback about the app on the website. I’ve been having issues for awhile but most recently the following: sometimes a pop up is displayed asking me if I like the app or if I want to rate it. The only way to do anything including trying to rate it is to force close the app. I do this three times to get it to go away. Then when I try and read the news through the “news home” tab it spins for a long while and there is a considerable delay in getting to the most recent news stories. Many times I have to swipe down 2 or 3 times to get it to update. The same is true with “top stories “ and “local”. Most recently in the last few days I either get a “no articles” message in “news home” or there is a picture with the dots to swipe through the stories right to left and nothing but blank space underneath. So I swipe through only about 6 or 7 stories and that is all I get for the news. I do not know why this is happening and I am unsure when it updated but my phone was on automatic app updates(which I’ve since turned off). I would love it if someone could either send me a message through the app or my email or release an update and explain the issue here. As much as I believe this particular issue deserves three stars, I love the app too much to give it a low rating. Please update. This is the best app to stay plugged into NJ news and local news. Love you guys but please get your tech guys on it !

3/5Good to stay in touch
I like to check in once a week in case I miss something on the radio broadcast on my two hours of commuting each day. It takes too long to load, and there’s too many ads though, and I don’t always have the time on my lunch hour. The search is helpful, as is the sort by county. I love the lunch time DJ’s and my ride home at 5:00 with D&D, but turn it off on my morning commute. It is too political, the DJ too angry and he does not give callers an opportunity to fully make their point or speak. He consistently talks over them, and I just change stations. Dennis and Judy, and D&D are a bit more courteous to listeners, and aren’t do blatantly one sided in politics.

I do not know why this is happening and I am unsure when it updated but my phone was on automatic app updates(which I’ve since turned off). I would love it if someone could either send me a message through the app or my email or release an update and explain the issue here. As much as I believe this particular issue deserves three stars, I love the app too much to give it a low rating. Please update. This is the best app to stay plugged into NJ news and local news. Love you guys but please get your tech guys on it !",

          "body": "I like to check in once a week in case I miss something on the radio broadcast on my two hours of commuting each day. It takes too long to load, and there’s too many ads though, and I don’t always have the time on my lunch hour. The search is helpful, as is the sort by county. I love the lunch time DJ’s and my ride home at 5:00 with D&D, but turn it off on my morning commute. It is too political, the DJ too angry and he does not give callers an opportunity to fully make their point or speak. He consistently talks over them, and I just change stations. Dennis and Judy, and D&D are a bit more courteous to listeners, and aren’t do blatantly one sided in politics.",
