Website is repeating loop to book a table then says to book tables via the app and it’s the same deal. Same loop to nowhere.

1/5Doesn't work except to annoy staff
Tried to do the Edi ale trail. Went to all pubs and only half registered on the app. Staff have no idea how to use it and something that should have taken 5 seconds turned into an ordeal annoying all involved. Ironically there are signs for the app in all the places.

1/5Not worth it!
I downloaded the app for the free drink but ended up being charged 20£ extra because servers didn’t know how it worked. Very confusing and not a good user experience! Not worth the confusion and time wasted trying to figure it out.

Couldn’t even order food after 2 people trying to figure this out. App is overkill. Use a website like every other restaurant.
