"body": "I really wanted this to work. Had to convince my business partner to use it. That was a mistake. After paying for the service I realized there was no way to remove the “sent from Neo” signature and advertising link from the bottom of every email I send. I reached out to support thinking I had just missed a setting to turn it off. They informed me it could not be removed even though it is a paid service. If you interact with customers or vendors regularly you’ll understand this looks incredibly unprofessional to be touting another company at the bottom of every email. I will unfortunately be migrating back to the email behemoth.",

"body": "1st free isn’t free, then to start anything you have to pay upfront then there is no one to contact and if you cancel your account it stays active till your renewal date, that being a full year and I’m trying to cancel after just an hour. I don’t want company info out there in connection to this place and I can’t stop it or get a refund. I’m not mad, I’m miserable over this horrible choice.",

"body": "Neo needs overall improvement to make it easier for users. • You can’t drag files from an email to another location. • There is no “important” button for emails. • When you forward and rename an email, it still appears in the same thread. • When replying to a thread, scrolling up to the original email resets the view, making it hard to return to where you were typing. • I prefer new emails/replies to appear at the top, but I can’t find an option to change this (this may be user error).",
