   I’m using an iphone16 pro and Livio AI models. For the past several months, have experienced consistent interruption with the Bluetooth connection in both of my livio ai hearing aids, causing them to each cut out for a moment and reconnect. This will go on for hours and I’ve tried everything I know to reset the connections, forget the device, repair, etc. I’ve deleted the old apps (tru… and thrive) but when I try to connect to the MyStarkey app, it says devices not found.

2. 2/5Deactivating Account and creating anew does not fix issue!

   UPDATE: deactivating account and creating anew fixes the issue for a day or two. Then “always 24 hours” tracking issue recurs. More details in “UPDATE:” below. App has mysteriously started saying in hearing health that I have been using my hearing aids 24 hours a day! (I do not). When I put them in at 7:30am this morning it said I had already been using them 19 hours. This feature of the app used to work and now it does not. Otherwise app is fine and useful. UPDATE: followed developer’s advice and deactivated account and created a new one. The tracking feature worked again for two days and now it is even more nonsensical as it has recorded 24 hours for today and has already recorded 12 hours for tomorrow. Clearly this feature is broken. Subtracted a star because of the “fix” just wasting my time.

3. 5/5Works great with Omega AI hearing aid!

   So far the app works great! Very polished and responsive. Not buggy at all on my iPhone 16 pro. The only feedback I have is that I wish there was a toggle button for Tinnitus. I discussed this with my audiologist and learned that it takes more power/battery life when it’s on but I don’t need it on all the time, I only get tinnitus once in while from air pressure changes. So it would be very useful to have an option or setting to turn it on or off without needing to go back to the audiologist office. Also, changes to tinnitus profiles would be cool too. Also, why can’t we add music as a custom program? It seems it’s only for professional programs. Just kind of odd.

   If had this app for a couple of years. Audiologist told me that the EQ had more frequency controls but they were were limited to only three because some people don’t understand how to use them so because of that, I don’t get the option to have more EQ adjustment? I sure you could include the option to expand the EQ control controls for the tech savvy by allowing the audiologist to activate them through their computer or giving the tech savvy a simple toggle setting within the app?

5. 1/5FRUSTRATING for tech savvy Users.

   Starkey has failed to realize today's tech savvy users have high expectations. When their customer support team fails to supply solutions for issues like fall alert not working on new HAs, they should not expect that customer's brand loyalty. Further their delay in getting AURACAST support built into the My Starkey app is just unacceptable. The app is overly basic. UPDATE: Starkey keeps telling me the issue is my HAs are not connecting to the Starkey App, but they ARE connecting. This feature has never worked right and rather than try to determine the actual problem, they keep deflecting to this canned response that isn't based in reality.
