1. 5/5Outstanding Urologist – Compassionate and Thorough Care

   I had an excellent experience with Dr LEYLA Akhverdiyeva and the entire team. From the first appointment, they made me feel comfortable discussing sensitive concerns, which is so important in urology care. The doctor was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain my condition and treatment options in a clear and reassuring way. I especially appreciated how thorough the evaluation was and how attentively my symptoms were taken seriously. The treatment plan was effective, and I felt supported every step of the way. The staff was also friendly, professional, and efficient, making each visit smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this urologist to anyone looking for compassionate, respectful, and high-quality care.

2. 1/5Very unhappy patient

   The referral department for Memorial Herman Katy is completely incompetent. I waited 6 months to get in to see a Neuro and the Dr. needed the referral sent over again. I called the referral department and they had no record of the referral and said they switched systems and I had to contact the Dr (my PCP) to get it sent through again and then she hung up on me. My appointment with the specialist was the following day. It takes more than a week to get a referral processed and more than a week to get a medication refilled at this point. I spoke to the Office Manager who found the referral to Dr. Diaz (referral dept had no record of it) that had been processed 6 months ago, when it was originally requested and submitted and she sent it over to the Dr and I had my appointment. Today, I received a new referral to a different Neuro which is completely incorrect. Cant reach referral department supervisor or Dr. Office manager. Both unavailable. The notes in the system have the correct Dr for the referral but the referral department does not read! This should have been resolved last week when I spoke to the Office Manager, but it continues to be an issue and now there is a referral in the system to the wrong Neuro Dr. And I have an upcoming follow up with the correct Dr., Dr. Jose Diaz, on the 26th of August, 2024. This is completely unacceptable, completely stressful, and shows complete incompetence. Your departments do not know how to communicate with one another!

3. 1/5Terrible hospital!

   I didn’t want to give 1 star but no other option. I am disabled and on SS. I stopped at this hospital because I was in so much pain (and I usually can deal with a lot of pain) and this was a new kind of pain I never felt before. I was specific to where and what kind of pain. Went to the back after check in and sat in a “chair” for hours….. and I mean hours! Nothing is private, I was told nothing! Then was sent home….sent a bill for over $1600. For what??? I filed out a financial assistance application and was DENIED after I turned in everything online on time like they requested. I had tremendous pain….A couple days later I went to Methodist. They diagnosed me with Singles and was given the proper medication. I had a bill from Methodist and filled out a financial assistance application and it was approved within 2-3 weeks 😊 Methodist Hospital is AMAZING! I do all my care there from now on with NO PROBLEMS 😊 I was in between insurances, and had no insurance from (Dec 2025-Jan 2026) due to an insurance error. I usually keep insurance. Memorial Hermann (Gessner and I-10) was absolutely awful. Do NOT go there!!

   I had an exceptional experience at Memorial Hermann. From the moment I arrived, every member of the staff treated me with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. Everyone made me feel comfortable, cared for, and well informed throughout my visit. I would especially like to thank Dr. Daniel Bradke for his outstanding care. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel confident that I was receiving the best possible treatment. His expertise, patience, and genuine compassion truly made a difference. I am incredibly grateful to the entire Memorial Hermann team for their dedication and excellent patient care. Thank you all for going above and beyond. I highly recommend Memorial Hermann and Dr. Daniel Bradke to anyone looking for exceptional medical care.

5. 5/5My first pregnancy check up!!!!

   Everyone here is Godsent!!! I was so nervous but this hospital have the best staff the care is immaculate! I’m a crier with shots I didn’t feel anything so quick so gentle!!!! Every one here needs a huge raise from the front desk, security, emts, nurses, er doctors every one! I love the way they work with each other and with patients from all backgrounds of life & spectrums.… I wish I was financially rich to spoil them all but all I can afford right now is spoil them with my words of kindness and gratitude. And I feel even my small thank you is not enough for these Angels/Warriors in the hospital battlefield!!!! Thank you so so so much for your services I salute you all!
