   The app works great on my phone but on my computer is soo frustrating!! You go to enter a text box and it says Double Click to Edit but no matter if you double click, single click, right click, triple click, or click 100x... It randomly works and then if you get it to let you type, it will stop responding after a few letters and you have to do it all over again! The point of buying this printer for labels is to save time from handwriting everything! The MacOS app takes way longer to get to work than it would take to hand write! Please fix the bug!! I try full screen, extend the window, and still cant get the text option to work right.

2. 1/5Love the equipment, hate the app

   The machine is great, have no problems with it but that’s not why I’m taking the time to write this. The app is just plain awful. There is no real ‘save as’ function. Have fun either creating new labels from scratch, or use this weird thing where you copy an existing label and are immediately prompted to give it a name. Ok, no problem, except don’t name it what you want the permanent name to be because the app won’t let you save it under that name once you’ve made your changes. Why do you not have the font names listed? Instead you have the same word for everything which makes it unnecessarily difficult to have things match across labels. Having a working save as function would help with this, but still wouldn’t address the root issue. Why can you not take the same label design and resize to fit a different sticker? That’s where the issue with the font names is coming from since I have to create multiple stickers from scratch. Why can you not group labels by user defined lists? Being able to group all “produce”, “candy”, etc and easily find what you’re looking for would make things better. Instead you have to scroll through a huge list. Layers in designing would make things easier. Instead you have to move things off the working area, eyeball the piece you need to adjust, then put the overlapping bit back over top and repeat. All in all, the app leaves a lot to be desired. Enough that despite liking the equipment I am shopping for another product because I hate the app so much. Especially since I have to use the app multiple times a week.

   I got this thermal printer for my small business and realized I have uses for it for many other reasons. It is so easy to use. I would recommend getting the Bluetooth because they have their own app. You can create stickers with otherwise you have to use Canva or another app to make the stickers if it’s directly connected to your computer, I bought that one for work Not crazy about that one but the Bluetooth 100% recommend

   This app works great for me and my needs. I’m able to make custom cutie labels and print all of my labels for small business as well. My only wish is that the Bluetooth would stay connected, but it only disconnects every couple of days without using it. It stays connected while in use. I do love Munbyn, even if it’s a little obvious at times it’s not optimized for native English speakers, it’s still designed well enough to understand. In fact, I think it adds charm.

   The Nelko/Polono app gets worse with each update, not better. And the Nelko printers only work with branded labels. Switched to Munbyn to use any brand label. The app is also 90% better. Can’t figure out how to create custom label sizes and the help isn’t very helpful. Also don’t know if I can buy another printer and connect to either. I want to keep shipping labels on one and creative labels on the other. Nelko does support that. Also, limited to only loading images from my iPhone gallery and not from my Downloads folder. And finally, after signing up for my Munbyn account on my phone, I can’t access the web site.
