1. 1/5Complex and unreasonable return process

   On 26 May 2024, my mother received an order and has decided to return it (due to size) and the item was in perfectly good condition and return in its original package. The request which was made on 28 May (within the 7 days policy) however it was rejected on the basis that the box was slightly ribbed which is entirely unacceptable as the MumzWorld box goes through shipping and is not received in a perfect condition to start with. In addition, I trust that this box is easily replaceable as this is just the company box and not the product box. I’m happy to attach a picture of the requested return box which is much better condition that boxes that I first received from Mumzworld. I will STOP shopping from Mumzworld again just because of their complex and unreasonable return policy as you can easily fund most of the items on other website with much better and easier return policies. I would also file an official complaint to the Consumer Protection and Ministry of Commerce as this is considered commercial fraud.

   As a first-time mum, I’ve been so impressed with Mumzworld. The app is easy to use, and I’ve found everything I need for my baby without any hassle. What really stood out for me is how reliable the delivery is. Everything arrives on time, and sometimes even earlier than expected. I also had to return a few items, and the return process was quick and completely stress-free. Overall, it’s been such a smooth and reliable experience.

3. 4/5Mumzworld rating standard

   This app is a very life saving app it contains a lot of stuff that you’ll find but the only problem and concern with this app is how laggy it is my order did not go until the next day and it’s no problem with the internet so what they need to fix it the laggy problem and possibly the price of the content but besides that point it’s amazing and I just bought 6 items for back to school and so far it’s going great just hopefully it’s coming after 7 days not like those other apps that says that it’s coming in 3 days but actually it takes 1 month so I hope this is not a scam app I give this app a 4 but if it wasn’t for the laggy thing I’ll give it a 5

4. 4/5Every thing is perfect except the wish list

   I would like to give you five stars but really the wish list needs more improvements such as scrolling items very fast, avoid repeating the same item several times in the list, and when I’m reviewing an item in my list and back again, the list moves to the first item not the same item I recently selected which is very annoying, it takes time scrolling haul things to go back again the item I started with. Really I want you to take a look about this issue please .

5. 1/5The worst customer service

   The app does not have any icons where you could contact the company about your order. The only way is email in which you only receive automated reply’s and if you do get in touch with a real human being it happens after at least 5 days. I tried calling them on their phone to make a complain about receiving an order with a missing item. It took 45 minutes to get someone to answer. 45 minutes for an international call is too much I realized I might as well give up since I will be paying alsmost the same mony of the item over my phone bill!!🤬🤬 the worst customer service you could get and the app has no consideration for this parts. Other apps provide live chat and other services in support of customer care.
