   Like everyone else who’s ever been to a meeting, I hate meetings. Anytime I need to reference anything presented or what the gist of the meeting was, I need to go digging through PPTs and my notes. Usually the PowerPoints are millions of slides long and my notes consist of miscellaneous things I need to get done after work and drawings of cats. Getting this app has been a game changer. The notes it creates are impeccable - they’re intuitive, efficient, and save the little details which I would have found only after scouring endless slides. I’ve saved hours and earned a whole lot of brownie points from my boss after sharing this with the team. The recording aspect is a great reference as well. I highly encourage this app to anyone who attends meetings.

2. 5/5Exceeded Expectations! A Seamless Transcription Experience.

   I usually don’t give third-party apps many chances. As soon as I encounter initial problems, I tend to drop them. I’ve been searching for a transcription software that’s easy to use, fast, and reliable. Let me say, this app has exceeded all of my expectations. After weeks of seamless use, I encountered my first issue today. Just an hour after running into the problem, I received a notification for an update. Once I updated it, everything worked perfectly again. That’s exactly what I want from a program. I also tend to avoid paid subscriptions and usually settle for free alternatives, but I have no regrets paying for this one. Exceptional product—thank you.

3. 1/5Horrible and untrustworthy

   I have been using the app for about two months now, and it has been incredibly helpful in taking notes and keeping track of everything discussed in meetings. However, when I logged in this morning, I found myself automatically logged out, even though my subscription is still active. To make matters worse, all my meeting minutes I regularly review to recall what happened in meetings—are gone. This is extremely frustrating, as those notes were an essential part of my workflow, and there seems to be no way to retrieve them. Additionally, the app’s subscription system is very confusing. Despite my account showing as active, the app still prompts me to subscribe. Why would a customer be asked to subscribe again if their account is already active? This experience has made me lose trust in the app. Losing all my meeting notes is a major disruption, and I no longer feel confident relying on this service.

4. 5/5Better work life balance

   I used the app for the first time today and was very impressed. My only issue was with some of the accuracy of the transcription. I work in an industry which uses terms that are often misunderstood. It would be great if the app allowed you to make edits to the minutes prior to saving/sending it as a PDF. As of now, the only way to edit is to send as a text file only however, then you lose the wonderfully bulleted lists. I think if the edit minutes feature could be added in an update, this would give a substantial upgrade to my work life balance!

5. 5/5Very nice

   I have only been using it during my trial week and I use it to capture my minutes from work and it’s really something special. It gives you the voice recording, transcript, and summarizes all points for you which is really useful when you have to take minutes for a meeting. I wish it had some kind of study feature like index cards bc a lot of the information I have to retain and I just wish it had a digital index cards feature so you can study with it. I think this would then also make it an incredible app for students too.
