   I never have written a review for an app but felt that the support I’ve received from the MeAgain staff warranted saying something. I have been using the app daily for four months. During the first month I bought a new iPhone and was trying to migrate my data from the old phone. I had quite a mess. Customer support and assistance from Rodrigo (a co-founder of MeAgain) was stellar. He really went above and beyond to ensure my issue was completely resolved. Once migrated into the new phone, I was having duplicate notifications. I did a lot of troubleshooting with Apple and finally decided to reach out to MeAgain support. Once again Rodrigo was involved and really went the extra mile to resolve the issue. I’m thrilled to be using this app to support me during my GLP1 experience. It has been very helpful to see the medication level estimates to be able to plan injections and meals around that. I’m a data driven person and the app has aided me in losing 47 lbs during these four months. I have a lengthy journey ahead of me but know that the MeAgain team will be there to support my efforts with ongoing enhancements to the app every step of the way.

2. 5/5Love this app!

   This app exceeds all expectations I had! I love the capybara widget I can put on my home screen so I know to keep him happy. It encourages the right behaviors and has made being on Zepbound easy so far. I had done WW previously and that was so bad for my mental health because the points were a "countdown" to me and I would hate getting close to zero so I cheated a lot. Where this one encourages you to actually grow your numbers and eat more (of the right things). The photo feature for taking pics of nutrition info can be a little hit or miss on accuracy so I do have to double check to make sure it captured correctly. Otherwise it's easy enough to enter in. And I appreciate the feature to take a pic of your food to have it estimate the nutritional value. Even if it's not precise, directionally it seems good enough! I also like that it doesn't annoy me with notifications. Just one in the morning and then seeing Barry (what I named my capybara) on my home screen are the right reminders for me.

3. 5/5I can’t praise it enough!

   I am so grateful for this app. It makes managing my nutrition and wellness not only easier but makes it feel accessible. Having everything in one hub makes it so easy to see what my body needs and helps me to make intentional decisions like getting in more protein or hydration. I think it’s SO unhealthy and negligent that people aren’t automatically referred to a nutritionist to help safety manage health when using GLP-1s. You’re just left on your own to figure out your nutrition. For me, I find it feels like a full time job and definitely struggle to get my nutrients. I have just the free version and find the features so helpful. I also LOVE that I can import info from apple health. I use the baritastic app for logging my food (just because I have a bunch of meals and foods already saved there from before) and Me Again is able to easily and immediately sync with that information. Although, Me Again has their own food diary which I’ve used and it works just as well.

4. 5/5Keeps me in check all around

   A holistic approach to all the things that are key to tracking on your GLP-1 journey! This is very helpful & I log almost every day just to make sure at a very minimum my protein intake & water is reached. This is also the first time I’ve increased & tracked my fiber intake. There’s absolutely a difference when I get to 25g of fiber and when at I’m half that. I honestly wouldn’t know unless I tracked it. Nice to have barcode or label scanner too for easier logging. When I started, the most common post-GLP 1 side effect I read about was saggy skin. I’d been working so hard to improve my skin & anti-aging for the last 2 years before I even started my shots. I definitely didn’t want to go backwards on that regard looking all deflated but finally reaching my goal weight. I wanted to make sure once I lost the weight, I didn’t have a whole extra year of firming up sagging skin. This keeps protein check, fiber, shot reminders, water tracking much easier.

5. 5/5Superior customer service and excellent app

   I never leave reviews but I really think this is important. The app is great. It’s extremely helpful. The capybara is cute. The reminders are appropriate, not obnoxious. It’s an extremely easy way to learn how to make better choices. The calorie counter is practically nonexistent, which I love. It doesn’t focus on calories or fat shaming- the protein and the fiber are definitely running the show and in one week, it’s embarrassing to admit how much I’ve leaned. I did not realize how horrible I was at eating fiber. The capybara is super helpful and gives good tips and recipes -how to get in more fiber and gently reminds you to drink more water and take more steps. I have nothing bad to say about the app at all. That said the customer service is even better than the app. I’ve reached out twice for help and both times they have far exceeded my expectations. Honestly I’m blown away by the level of care and support. Well done. 👏🏼
