1/5Terrible
Functionality is terrible. Cursor has a mind of its own and goes where it wants so you end up dictating something in the middle of another sentence. Finding codes is so hyper specific. I’ve used Provider Workspace and when you are adding a diagnosis, their diagnosis code search is very forgiving and usually gives you multiple possibilities. If you don’t type out exactly what you want, you will not get the code to pop up. I wish my company would switch EHR’s.

5/5MD
Our group has been using MDLog application for over two years now. Its iPhone app has been allowing us to dictate instant clinical notes and manage patient care lot more easily and efficiently in Post-Acute and other inpatient facilities. And it's web based backend application has helped us automate our operations. We are now able to save lot more time for patient care.
