"body": "I don’t usually leave a review, but this app really helped us to organize and get rid of all the paper records that we have been keeping it for a long time. I was waiting for a good app for us to use it in our clinic, and I just stumbled upon this app. It’s a simple and easy way to store and retrieve appointments and medical records. A few years back, we have lost some of the medical records in a paper form which was stored in our place. So we had decided to securely store the data in electronic form, but most of the products are expensive. This one is cost effective and serves our needs.",

"body": "I’ve purchased a full access subscription. However, it keeps asking me to upgrade, and I’m not getting full access. I’ve emailed with detailed information with pictures, but nothing has been fixed yet. No one picks up the phone when I call, no one replies me back for over a week when I email them. When they finally replied back and said the issue was fixed, it wasn’t fixed. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone.",
