   I downloaded this app and registered put all my information and sent my id for verification. However before i was even able to get in past the registration part it locked and said 0 attempts left to log in even though my face was set up to unlock it. When i tried to log in after that it said phone number already exist please contact customer support for assistance. They were closed because it was Saturday and they only have people available mon-fri. I eventually got an email saying my id was verified and i can log in however same message popped up about call customer service. Monday arrived i call and they tell me i was blocked for what reason they didn't even know even though my id was verified and i never got to even use the app or attempt a single function that they offer in their services. They tell me they will unblock me and ill receive an email in 1-3 hours stating so. So that i can use the app. I never got anything i had to email support that i still cant log in. This is the response o got “ Your account has been reviewed by our Operations department. As a result of this review, your account has been permanently frozen for security reasons. This means you will no longer be able to log in to your account nor use any of our services. This decision is final and no further action is required on your part” Baffling as i never even able to log in to use the app at all. Just simply register my info, they verified my id, and never let me log in after that just block and its final, no appeal no explanation other than the generic security reasons. Im glad i caught their unreasonable practices before i spent a dime with them. Good riddance.

   I have a big problem with this bank first I talk to with MAJORITY agent and ask him can I receive the direct deposit from gambling more than $10,000 he tell me yes I can receive that money. Let me explain one more thing for one month I already received 8.700$and after that I went 3000 more and then I call MAJORITY and talk to the agent and ask him can I receive 3000 more because I already receive 8700 before so he tell me yes you can receive that $3000. I asked him four times because I lost that money. It was my money. it doesn’t matter if I win that money or whatever they came from it so I think that MAJORITY bank and their agent who works there they had percent not qualified to work any banks because I’m so angry. I lost that $3000 because of that agent so can you please explain me why MAJORITY bank agent tell me I can receive those $3000. He said It doesn’t matter if I already received $8700 before. this bank millions percentage it’s not good. Who’s gonna responsible for this money?

   So I mainly joined this app because of the referral incentive. Somehow in less than 24 hours they claimed a referral isn’t attached to my account when I opened it so I won’t be getting the signup bonus, this is after they refused to approve my application because they said the information doesn’t match. I told them I didn’t want my card sent to my home because I’m out of state due to covid, like so many other people. They couldn’t use common sense on that and realize my information matches & instead told me I couldn’t be approved. So I went and retyped my info in with my address and it got approved. Because of this I think they decided not to honor the referral terms. I’m going to uninstall the app because who knows what else they could pull when I start depositing my work checks into this account. I just wanted to be paid faster as this app supposedly promises, they’ll charge you $5 a month? For what, I’m not sure. It’s not worth it to me anymore.

4. 1/5Fraudulent/dysfunctional system

   They advertise free international money transfer as a member (paying monthly subscription fee of $6). This was initially the case until towards the end of last year when they started charging me $3 - $4 for each international transfer. I tried to withdraw all my money and take else where but apparently there is no way to withdraw or transfer money to your bank. Even customer care could not assist with withdrawing/transferring my money to my linked bank account. It is very easy to deposit but impossible to withdraw without an ATM card. I tried to do an international transfer with the rest of my money so I can close the account but they blocked it, saying I needed to have some money left in the account. Now I’m just letting my balance run down on monthly subscriptions so I can close the account. Very frustrating to say the least.

   For some reason, the document confirming my residency was not accepted. Given this situation, I contacted your team, and they informed me that the document is approved and that I should try submitting it again. However, the application continues to reject it, making it impossible to complete the process. Additionally, I have to wait hours to receive a response from my advisor, who does not provide a clear solution. They only ask me to wait, but there is no written confirmation or support for what I am being told. I was informed that my case was being escalated, but I have not received any email or document to confirm this. When I tried contacting the number provided by my advisor, the only response I received was an automated answering system, which is even more frustrating and unprofessional.
