   If I’m at the receiver they’re taking to long so I left my trailer and decided to go get some food why is the app automatically closing or showing the load completed while all i do was going to get some food and this is the situation I’m in right the showing my trip is complete while all i did was go get some food and comeback here. My appointment was at 8am and i got here at 7:08am and now is 8:23 and they finally put me in a door but the tracking showing my trip is complete because I went to grabbed some food, driver should be able to change the status manually not automatically

2. 2/5What’s the use???

   Not a bad tracking app or way to record one’s arrival and departure when picking up and delivering a load. The problem lies with these brokers that require you to download the app to allow tracking of the load and then bombard a driver with phone calls whenever they think you should be somewhere before you are. They never leave a message when they call and if you don’t answer because, oh, I don’t know, maybe the driver is busy, perhaps driving a truck in traffic,….don’t worry, they’ll call right back. Some of us prefer to do things the old fashioned way without a phone or headset growing out of the side of our head. I know it must be a hard and boring job being an agent for these brokers but really, maybe try downloading a game like Royal Match maybe, I hear that there are no ads, no wi-fi required, doesn’t require membership in Mensa. If they had some source of entertainment or way to occupy their time, they could let the drivers drive and let the app take care of tracking the location of the load. Just a thought and suggestion to possibly help make things better.

3. 1/5Works 50% of the time

   I’m in logistics and I’m a dispatcher/track and trace. The company I work for uses this app. It is terrible. On the loads I track this app works maybe 66% of the time. On some loads it works fine and I have no problems. That is maybe 1/3 of the loads. On some loads it works okay but it is spotty. That is 1/3. Then there is 1/3 of the loads where it is a nightmare to get it going. Then it stops working after one or two updates. I have to call the driver and usually have them delete the app and reinstall it. If I’m lucky, that helps. But it usually fails before delivery. I spend most of my days chasing drivers because this app is terrible. They need to fix it so it actually works. They also need to make it so drivers can’t manipulate it so easily. There are countless flaws in this app. Samsara actually works. But I will say that Macro keeps a log and samsara doesn’t. So macro wins there. But loses everywhere else. I will happily take the app that WORKS over an app that doesn’t work any day of the week, even if the working app is missing a nice feature. Ugh. Do better Macropoint. Negative 5000 stars. You make my job soooooo much worse than it should be.

4. 1/5Disclosing to brokers all trucks delivery locations

   Be advised that your delivery location and delivery dates are disclosed to all the brokers. That is how the brokers are keeping the rates down. They know where you are empty. DO NOT TRACK ON THESE APPS! Trucker tools is the same way. The brokers know where your truck is empty, this leaves you at a disadvantage when trying to book a new load. Apple should not allow these type of apps in their App Store when the brokers are forcing you to use them or they will not give you the load. LAWSUIT!!! Privacy violation causing one party to benefit financially over the other. Follow up to developer. The developer states that he sees no issue with disclosing your delivery location to all of the brokers and states to deny tracking or uninstall the app. First off, the broker knowing how many empty trucks are in the area allows him to determine whether his profit margin will be 40% or 85% of the load payout. Second off, the brokers include fines stipulated on the rate confirmation up to $1000 if tracking is not accepted or is turned off during transit. End result is the owner operator or small trucking company is being forced to operate at a disadvantage in the industry because of these TRACKING APPS!!! Second request for Apple to remove these tracking apps from the app store that are being used as a weapon to ensure one entity is financially superior to the other. This is forced tracking even though the developer states it is not. I have the proof of fines in the amount of $1000 for not tracking in my rate confirmations. The app developer is liable for lost revenue due to forced tracking and location disclosure. Apple is guilty by association for enabling these acts of corruption. Remove tracking apps from App Store.

   I've a complaint that may pertain to a few locations or 1. There's a shipper (water near Sara/ Reno Rd) in Oklahoma that uses this and it sits between or near Yukon & Oklahoma City. The issue is the distance it AUTO tracks updates arrival and departure. One can go a mile or more near shipper and it'll show arrived and or departed even if you're not going to shipper because it's not time. Also the signal (because of AUTO) bounces between Yukon and Okc cell towers which causes AUTO issues. And the bad part is the "tracking" teams who can't change this to manual inputs will get excited / worried and use their screens to electronically harass a driver/ dispatcher. They'll call or text excessively even tho this tracking system is said to reduce contact. So no matter when you arrive on time or depart, the "system" has auto stated something that isn't always the case.
