   In my opinion through SlimQueen helps a lot with what your goal is whether it’s losing weight or sting trying to gain weight it tells you what you were needing by your options and I asked you what where are you I asked you what you’re trying to accomplish what your goal is. It helps a lot with how you’re feeling day say that day you are not feeling the best I will out of original days so you can say like on the app hey today is not like what I’m doing today like if you can I choose how many minutes you want to say you’re into three minutes and I can’t type already you can pause it and go back to it later you can quick finish for the day they also give you a 30 day goal set so depending on what you’re trying to do every about every 7 to 9 days you’ll start seeing a difference it also tells you when you should start seeing the difference and if not you can do more minutes or whatever you need to help with that day so I give this app a five star review it’s helped me a lot I’ve been using this app for five years now

2. 5/5FINALLY, A FITNESS APP THAT’S FUN AND TO THE POINT!

   This app seriously makes losing weight so much fun!!! Ever heard of Candy Crush??? Okay well the concept is similar to when you complete workouts you go up a level. Before you know it your climbing higher and higher on levels, unlocking badges, completing challenges, workouts for every type of situation; whether you’re lazy to get out of bed, in the office, at the beach they have workouts for that! So there’s really no excuse!! Video workouts show you how to do the exercises and the countdown helps along with their mini motivations to help you train and finish strong! And their customer service is absolutely responsive and go beyond for ya. So look no more if you don’t want workouts feeling like a chore, this is the app for you!

   I love this app so much!! I have been have a lot of health issues and all the weight loss things I have tried have not worked....for 2 years!! This app is good because it is not super hard, and u can do as much as u want for that day. And I like that I am being handle accountable, it feels good to see all my challenges getting done every day. I am not good with words but this app is so fun and at a good pace. Give it a try and I am sure u will love it. Ohhhh and the support u get froM the people that work for this app is awesome! They get back with u quickly and it is not a “standard” answer. They r caring about YOUR needs and it is personal to YOU. I hope this helps...as I said not so good with words but I love this app!!

   I don’t write reviews, or purchase apps, but this app breaks the mold. I’ve never found any exercise app or group class that makes me want to come back again and again. It’s simple, it’s effective, your workout is as long or as short as you want it to be. It doesn’t throw you in at 30 reps. It starts small, and every day as you get stronger it increases. I love it, I can’t say enough good things about it. Best money I’ve ever spent on a mobile phone app. If you don’t believe me, try it, I did the 7 day free trial and started the “challenge” and didn’t want to stop making progress. This is a “dream big start small” kind of program. 11/10 absolutely recommend.

   I’m only seven years old. My name is Alyssa and I do not like them that I am fat but this game got away some of my fat and there’s no paid money absolutely no and I am not lying. I just started the game so I don’t know and I’m so close to be since then, but I still can do workouts in only foot for 4+ and I am seven so it’s for you kids out there if your kids then just get this game even if it ask your parents just tell them you want to look beautiful and you want to be a businesswoman and you be really strong and no man ever be mean to you OK are you doing that course? He will even woman’s.
