   I’ve been a user of lolli for about 1 full Year however I along with many friends are all experiencing issues 1. Withdrawing funds, lolli emails you that the request is initiated but they are clearly lying and or struggling financially to pay out those Who earn rewards. I imitated a withdrawal august 8th and 4 weeks later still Nothing, with plenty of emails seeking assistance and no help to be received. They claimed it was flagged for fraud but I emailed Them prior to ensure it wouldn’t be flagged as is always the case. Still haven’t seen the money. Issue #2. The rewards just sit there activated for the past 30 days with nothing on the reward amount etc. normally the reward is activated, then it changes to Pending with the amount expected until It clears the refund window and then you earn rewards. None of that is currently happening. Issue #3, the customer service is pretty bad, they claim to respond to emails within 24 hours but that’s just not the case with some of my emails going un responded so I have to send multiple or to different emails, this is not isolated to Just me as plenty of my friends all experience the same issues. Issue #4 Rewards have been sitting in my account not being allowed to withdraw. Normally after a purchase passes the 90 day return window I receive my pending reward and it confirms which enables me to withdraw said funds, we are now 120+ days since my last confirmed reward and nothing has been added for me to withdraw. Normally this is after 90 days so My account just sits in limbo, will I have access to The funds?, I simply don’t know. Wishing the team well and hope to Be back to using this service once they clear up some issues. Hopefully they can assist

2. 1/5Not happy with the app.

   I was very disappointed that I could not even get into my account after downloading the app because the app wanted my phone number. Well what if I don’t want to give you my phone number? I already have an account and my phone number was not required for that, and it’s also not needed for verification which was the justification for asking for my phone number. No,If it was for verification then you can just use an authenticator program and not require us to give up personal information. When you give someone your phone number and they know you are interested in cryptocurrency it makes you more vulnerable. Hackers will use your phone number against you and find ways to hack you. Hackers will always target large centralized bases of information that have lots of peoples phone numbers who are interested in cryptocurrency. It’s too bad that I can’t even use the app and also that you offer different deals through the app than you do online. Why can’t I just link my debit card online and get the same rewards as app users?

3. 5/5Best points app for Bitcoin!

   I have been using this app for a few years at least and have used it for multiple purchases. I even used it when I bought my car through Carvana! That was my biggest purchase. I have a daily alarm set to “check my Lolli stack,” which I have been doing faithfully every day for the last few years or so. (I also use Fold and sMiles, and check those apps daily also, but I have earned more bitcoin with Lolli, which is my favorite app of the three.) I also use the Lolli Chrome extension on my laptop’s browser, to gain when shopping. A while back, Lolli added the arcade feature, and I also love it. I have never really been a big gamer on my phone because I’m super busy with work (I’m a lawyer) and don’t have much time for gaming, but I do enjoy short word games and the like. My favorite games to play through Lolli are the Solitaire games. I love that I can play a game of solitaire for four minutes to clear my mind a couple times a day, and every few days or so or once a week, I gain a bit of Bitcoin from game play. All of these shopping points, stack clicking, and game play really add up, especially as Bitcoin climbs in value. I recently cashed out about 2 million sats I had gained over the last few years or so that had been sitting in my Lolli wallet, and I’m still gaining. It did take a few days for the transfer, but it went through eventually, so I’m not one to complain. For an app that I have spent no money on, Lolli has given me amazing benefits. Just download it; there is literally nothing to lose.

4. 2/5Some Small Issues

   While I like the look of the app and the idea of it, there are some minor issues that I find to be inconveniences. The Daily Stack banner will say “Get you daily stack!” when it’s not even ready to get yet. This happens every time I open the app. I’ve also had it say it was ready, and go in it to get it, only to have my previous amount be displayed. I then had to go out of the Daily Stack and return, and only then would it properly give me the new “box” to open. It also sometimes just doesn’t let you collect it and takes multiple attempts. The other thing I don’t really like is having to activate the offers every day. I want to know that I’m going to be eligible for the cash back without having to go in every day and activate every single offer manually. I like to activate them so they’re already done and I don’t have to think about it anymore. If I go to one of those places, then I’m set. I also don’t like that I can’t just link my cards manually. Stash Investments is listed as an eligible account, but when I try to connect mine, it says that I don’t have a card with them, but I do. Also, when I tried to add my bank to get my debit card on the app, it added a ton of debit cards that I don’t even use or have anymore! The ones I actually have weren’t even listed. I’m starting to think this is more trouble than it’s worth.

5. 1/5Never received my money

   I have used Lolli for a long time—years. I thought I would keep that money there for a rainy day and that rainy day finally came with huge medical bills for my family. It was a relief to know I had well over $700 in my Lolli wallet and I could use that to help. I knew it would take a little time to transfer and just figuring out how to transfer the money to my bank was challenging. I finally figured it out except a few days later I looked and the money was still in my wallet with no record of a transfer. I did it again and on February 29th, it finally showed that it was transferred and the money was gone from my Lolli wallet. Except now, on March 18th, the money is nowhere to be found. Not in my wallet, not at the bank. The replies I get are something like “our team is experiencing a slight delay” and informing me that once they transfer it then it could take 7-10 business days to clear my bank. Where is the money now? I wish I could go back in time and pull the money out of somewhere else as trusting Lolli has put me in a bad position. It didn’t occur to me that it could be more complicated and take longer than any transfer I’ve ever done in my life. At this point, I’m wondering if I will ever get the money. I am overdrawn now in that account and have to scramble to deal with it as I really had faith that after 2.5 weeks the money would be there. I hope Ethan from H3 knows what’s going on as he is the reason I started using Lolli.
