"body": "The phone app looks nice but there are two things that don’t work well. First is the watch app only gives information for one particular station regardless of location and it doesn’t even provide departure times, essentially making the watch app useless. The second thing is the app doesn’t support widgets which would be nice to have in order to see departure times at a glance when I’m approaching the escalator.",

"body": "Every time I'm rushing to the station, the watch apps fail to retrieve any data. Watch shows the right station (after a long wait) and \"Fetching departure data\" almost never succeeds. While this is happening, the iPhone app will often pop up the message \"Invalid file descriptor\". An app like this needs to be immediately responsive. I'm literally running for the train, and I don't have time to fiddle with the app. Missed my train once again this morning.",

"body": "The app does a good job of suggesting local stations and providing an extended outlook of incoming trains (i.e. shows several incoming trains on the same line). A nice feature on my previous app was the ability to plan a trip based on a future day and time and knowing the price. As these are a nice to have feature and not essential for me, this has become my go to BART app.",
