5/5Worst experience I’ve ever had…
I ordered my pizza online 30 min prior and arrived at the time the app said to be there. On a Thursday at 11….not a busy time at all. I arrived and waited 5 min and wasn’t acknowledged. I asked the clerk at the gas station if I needed to ring a bell and she said yes. At that time another customer came in behind me. When the Little Cesars clerk came she said she would take the person behind me?!?! I was so confused but I stepped back and was polite. Then after she completely checked out the lady that was behind me, she informed me that my pizza was just being put into the oven. So I took my kids to the car and waited. I walked back in and she still said she was waiting on my pizza. Then I asked for the manager and that’s when it got crazy. She started yelling at me, telling me she was tired of ungrateful customers. Literally yelling at me, the entire store could hear here. The other manager was there, apologizing on her behalf and was just as taken aback as I was that she was having a tantrum. All for a $5 pizza, you can keep it next time. I don’t spend money on anything to be treated so poorly like that. No thank you.

At approximately 11:10 a.m., I placed an order through your app for three large pizzas, selecting a pickup time of 1:30 p.m. However, immediately after submitting the order, I noticed that the pickup time had automatically changed to 2:45 p.m. without my consent. I promptly contacted the store and spoke with Adrianna, who identified herself as the manager. I explained the situation and requested that the pickup time be adjusted back to 1:30 p.m., as originally selected. I was told that this change could not be made. When I reiterated my concern and asked to speak with a manager, Adrianna again stated that she was the manager, but then indicated she would contact her manager to see if the adjustment could be made. Ultimately, I was informed that the time still could not be changed. Given the circumstances, I requested that the order be canceled so I could resubmit it with the correct pickup time. Adrianna assisted with the cancellation, which I appreciated. However, I find it concerning that while the system does not allow for a simple modification to an order time, it does allow for full cancellation and reordering to achieve the same result. This process is inefficient and frustrating for customers. I hope you will review both the functionality of your online ordering system and the training provided to staff regarding how to handle situations like this. A more flexible and customer-focused approach would greatly improve the overall experience.

Nobody was at the counter for 10 mins. Order took over 40 for one pepperoni pizza that the app said was ready and on the counter 15 mins before i actually got the pizza. When I asked for assistance from the kitchen the employee was extremely rude and yelled to wait. I then took the ranch that I paid for and she snatched it from me and said she would give it to me, which would’ve been great had she or anyone else been at the front to assist customers and actually give people the food they ordered. In the time I waited I saw 4 people come in to order and leave because nobody was up front to take orders and you could hear rude yelling in the back. I go to this store at least once a week and I’d now rather pay $2 more for dominos to avoid being treated like crap, and get a free pizza after earning points, which are never added to my account here. I’ve never once complained about customer service anywhere and go out of my way to ask employees if there’s a way I can report excellent service bc I’ve worked in the retail industry myself and know how draining it can be, but this experience isn’t the exception here, it’s more often than not the rule…no one is out front, the wait time is extreme, the employees are rude, and the order is wrong (usually missing the ranch dressing I paid extra for and they then refuse to give me when I go back to say it was missing bc they claim it wasn’t, as though im trying to scam the store out of $1.) I’m sorry to report a negative experience but this was extreme. Thank you.

1/5Fair and honest review.
Hand to cancel the last ordered I placed before tonight. Due to showing up for pickup an hr after I placed the order and 30 past the latest ready time I was given. This was ordered at 3:15 and upon arriving around 4:10 they hadn’t even started and looked confused when I gave my name. I asked for a refund. I didn’t have any patience because my previous order before yesterday was a delivery that took 2 and a half hrs to be delivered and the delivery girl left the pizzas on the ground near grass and off the side of the road. By the time we found it it has snails crawling on the outside of the box and the pizza was a mess it was shaped weird and doughy/ undercooked. The breadsticks were just sheets of bread rolled up undercooked no seasoning and not cut into strips. I quickly realized that our order must have been forgotten and by that time the store had closed and they just threw something together. I have pictures of everything I described. At the time I was suffering from a very serious illness and I just chose to take the high road and let it be because life is too short. HOWEVER after yesterday I felt compelled to give my honest review. My son absolutely loves y’all’s pizza and breadstick so I continue to patronize but please have your staff be accountable for paying customers receiving unsatisfactory food and not even receiving it all. 1/5Disappointment.
This app has been nothing if not an incredibly frustrating disappointment since the middle of 2024 for me. My issues started with the app allowing me to build a cart and waiting until check out before prompting me to “try again later” thinking it may just be a bug, I waited and chose somewhere else to shop. The next time this restaurant came to mind, the same issue occurred (over a month later). Thinking maybe it was on my end, I tried deleting and reinstalling the app but to no avail. Once signed back in, it seems to not be able to use GPS to verify my location nor does it allow me to make a manual input (a blank screen appears after address input that simply says “ok”). To get help, I’ve gone to the App Store to select the app help option which only lead me to a “blocked” screen informing me that any option to acquire support would be blocked by the apps developers. In short, I’ve been patient but this app has consistently been the leading cause for my business going elsewhere for months on end. Truthfully, this app alone has prevented my business with the establishment as a whole which I would assume is the opposite effect it should have on the end user. Consistently disappointing experiences lead to consumer loses. I count myself among those who will gladly take my business to places who value customer experience.

          "body": "I ordered my pizza online 30 min prior and arrived at the time the app said to be there. On a Thursday at 11….not a busy time at all. I arrived and waited 5 min and wasn’t acknowledged. I asked the clerk at the gas station if I needed to ring a bell and she said yes. At that time another customer came in behind me. When the Little Cesars clerk came she said she would take the person behind me?!?! I was so confused but I stepped back and was polite. Then after she completely checked out the lady that was behind me, she informed me that my pizza was just being put into the oven. So I took my kids to the car and waited. I walked back in and she still said she was waiting on my pizza. Then I asked for the manager and that’s when it got crazy. She started yelling at me, telling me she was tired of ungrateful customers. Literally yelling at me, the entire store could hear here. The other manager was there, apologizing on her behalf and was just as taken aback as I was that she was having a tantrum. All for a $5 pizza, you can keep it next time. I don’t spend money on anything to be treated so poorly like that. No thank you.",

          "body": "At approximately 11:10 a.m., I placed an order through your app for three large pizzas, selecting a pickup time of 1:30 p.m. However, immediately after submitting the order, I noticed that the pickup time had automatically changed to 2:45 p.m. without my consent. I promptly contacted the store and spoke with Adrianna, who identified herself as the manager. I explained the situation and requested that the pickup time be adjusted back to 1:30 p.m., as originally selected. I was told that this change could not be made. When I reiterated my concern and asked to speak with a manager, Adrianna again stated that she was the manager, but then indicated she would contact her manager to see if the adjustment could be made. Ultimately, I was informed that the time still could not be changed. Given the circumstances, I requested that the order be canceled so I could resubmit it with the correct pickup time. Adrianna assisted with the cancellation, which I appreciated. However, I find it concerning that while the system does not allow for a simple modification to an order time, it does allow for full cancellation and reordering to achieve the same result. This process is inefficient and frustrating for customers. I hope you will review both the functionality of your online ordering system and the training provided to staff regarding how to handle situations like this. A more flexible and customer-focused approach would greatly improve the overall experience.",

          "body": "Nobody was at the counter for 10 mins. Order took over 40 for one pepperoni pizza that the app said was ready and on the counter 15 mins before i actually got the pizza. When I asked for assistance from the kitchen the employee was extremely rude and yelled to wait. I then took the ranch that I paid for and she snatched it from me and said she would give it to me, which would’ve been great had she or anyone else been at the front to assist customers and actually give people the food they ordered. In the time I waited I saw 4 people come in to order and leave because nobody was up front to take orders and you could hear rude yelling in the back. I go to this store at least once a week and I’d now rather pay $2 more for dominos to avoid being treated like crap, and get a free pizza after earning points, which are never added to my account here. I’ve never once complained about customer service anywhere and go out of my way to ask employees if there’s a way I can report excellent service bc I’ve worked in the retail industry myself and know how draining it can be, but this experience isn’t the exception here, it’s more often than not the rule…no one is out front, the wait time is extreme, the employees are rude, and the order is wrong (usually missing the ranch dressing I paid extra for and they then refuse to give me when I go back to say it was missing bc they claim it wasn’t, as though im trying to scam the store out of $1.) I’m sorry to report a negative experience but this was extreme. Thank you.",

          "body": "Hand to cancel the last ordered I placed before tonight. Due to showing up for pickup an hr after I placed the order and 30 past the latest ready time I was given. This was ordered at 3:15 and upon arriving around 4:10 they hadn’t even started and looked confused when I gave my name. I asked for a refund. I didn’t have any patience because my previous order before yesterday was a delivery that took 2 and a half hrs to be delivered and the delivery girl left the pizzas on the ground near grass and off the side of the road. By the time we found it it has snails crawling on the outside of the box and the pizza was a mess it was shaped weird and doughy/ undercooked. The breadsticks were just sheets of bread rolled up undercooked no seasoning and not cut into strips. I quickly realized that our order must have been forgotten and by that time the store had closed and they just threw something together. I have pictures of everything I described. At the time I was suffering from a very serious illness and I just chose to take the high road and let it be because life is too short. HOWEVER after yesterday I felt compelled to give my honest review. My son absolutely loves y’all’s pizza and breadstick so I continue to patronize but please have your staff be accountable for paying customers receiving unsatisfactory food and not even receiving it all.           "body": "This app has been nothing if not an incredibly frustrating disappointment since the middle of 2024 for me. My issues started with the app allowing me to build a cart and waiting until check out before prompting me to “try again later” thinking it may just be a bug, I waited and chose somewhere else to shop. The next time this restaurant came to mind, the same issue occurred (over a month later). Thinking maybe it was on my end, I tried deleting and reinstalling the app but to no avail. Once signed back in, it seems to not be able to use GPS to verify my location nor does it allow me to make a manual input (a blank screen appears after address input that simply says “ok”). To get help, I’ve gone to the App Store to select the app help option which only lead me to a “blocked” screen informing me that any option to acquire support would be blocked by the apps developers. In short, I’ve been patient but this app has consistently been the leading cause for my business going elsewhere for months on end. Truthfully, this app alone has prevented my business with the establishment as a whole which I would assume is the opposite effect it should have on the end user. Consistently disappointing experiences lead to consumer loses. I count myself among those who will gladly take my business to places who value customer experience.",
