   I can’t say enough good things about Lilly Health and my experience with Zepbound. This medication has truly been life-changing for me. Losing weight has not only helped me physically, but it has also given me a new sense of confidence and improved my overall quality of life. Since starting Zepbound, I’ve seen real results that have motivated me to stay focused on living a healthier lifestyle. Everyday activities are easier, I have more energy, and I simply feel better than I have in years. It’s amazing how much losing weight can positively impact both your physical health and your mental well-being. The support from Lilly Health, combined with the effectiveness of Zepbound, has made this journey feel achievable. This isn’t just about the number on the scale it’s about gaining a healthier future, feeling more confident, and enjoying life again. I’m incredibly grateful for the difference Zepbound has made in my life and would recommend Lilly Health to anyone who is working toward better health under the guidance of their healthcare provider. 2. 3/5Mostly confused by updates.

   Overall, I am pleased with the app. I have been using the previous version since the third week of May (2026) and it was fairly straightforward and easy to navigate. The new update has larger font, which is helpful, but possibly too big now, as more scrolling is required to find sections. There are goal trackers, but some aren’t labeled and the box is so small, maybe it doesn’t fit the font size? But I don’t know what this one tracker is for - it has a fire symbol, and that’s it. Clicking on it does nothing. The food tracker has moderate improvements- the camera icon gives you three options of how to utilize it. I noticed that it is no longer clear how to save a meal you’ve entered as a favorite. After several days (and maybe feedback), it has become more clear how to save meals. There used to be a heart at the top right of the screen to add it into your “My Meals” section. The Rewards do not show a graphic slider that shows upward gains like it did before, which I liked. I am still not clear if badges are the only reward or if you can actually earn something from Lilly by entering all the data (?). It would be a nice incentive if they did. The daily intake tracker is hard to read because the font is so huge. Most people who are older, will probably have readers in, so the largest font isn’t particularly useful- as more scrolling is needed, as mentioned. In conclusion, I think the previous version was well organized and intuitive and I enjoyed using it more because of that. If you could offer the previous version back, I would love that!

3. 4/5Updated app improvement.

   I recently wrote a review sharing concern about the updated app freezing on the opening page. It was updated again this morning. I was able to get in and see that all my old information was still there. I appreciate the newest update. The grey bar at the bottom of the page which links to medication info and warnings does partially block the weeks and months at the bottom of the charts for weight and doses. I can manage to tap those weeks/months but it is difficult. If this gets fixed, I would update my review to 5 stars.

4. 2/5I hate the 3.0 update

   UPDATE: They responded to my review to contact them. So I call the number and get some AI “virtual” support “person”. That was a complete WASTE of the 15 minutes I spent TRYING to explain the problem to something that was NOT a human!! I thought this was going to be a productive use of time to talk to someone who would actually listen while I explained the issues in greater detail. WRONG!! *****************************I don’t know if it’s me, but I can’t figure out how to add a saved meal. It will show me a list of my saved meals/food, but it will not let me select it. The version I had prior to the 3.0 update was much easier to maneuver. I do like the fact that now you can see everything you’ve eaten in the day “at a glance” without having to click on each individual meal or snack. Solve the problem with being able to add a saved meal!!

5. 3/5Could use some improvements

   At fist I thought it was wonderful. I as able to put my starting weight in and track my progress even earned a gold star from the app when o reached a certain goal. I also loved the reminders. However I made the mistake of hitting forgot pin by accident and that was it. I had to start from scratch and could not go back to enter my starting weight nor did it save any of my info. Needs a lot of improvement. Also, i would love to see a timeline like the other apps so i can see my start date somewhere. Also, one thing more that would be very helpful is if they had a section in the app where we can keep track of where & what side of the body we injected each week.
