   One of the things I love most about LifeMD is the convenience it provides. I no longer have to spend hours waiting in a doctor's office or pharmacy. Instead, I can connect with a doctor on my schedule and from the comfort of my own home. It's so easy to set up an appointment, and the doctors are always professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Another thing I appreciate about LifeMD is how affordable it is. I can order my prescription at a low cost, and they get delivered straight to my doorstep within days. It's such a relief to not have to worry about finding the time to go to a pharmacy, and the prices are unbeatable. Overall, I am extremely impressed with LifeMD, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and convenient healthcare solution. 2. 1/5Didn’t work, they will take your money if you don’t cancel immediately. For no services or product

   First off when signing up I was lied to about how they weren’t like other companies. And that they don’t charge you for appointments if you don’t talk to the doctor which is rare. And they got me. They charged me over and over till I realized I was being charged for nothing. And would not give my money back. Funny thing was when my credit was shut down they tried over and over to take money for no services given, no so called medication given. The other company at least would refund the money they took if you did not see the doctor or get medication. Scam Second the snake oil I was given did nothing.. they upped the dose still nothing. It never worked… scam at least the more expensive companies mediation did work. Third it was hard to get any help or response when reached out. I waited a long time in the beginning to get snake oil but they took the money straight. I don’t think any one cared about my medical background I think no matter what I told them I would have gotten this what ever it was no matter the outcome. I will be reporting to the officials for medical and I will be reporting this to the fdc and bbb and who ever else I need to. Because this is unexceptable.

3. 5/5Personalized HRT That Respects the Patient

   Lauren Guse, NP, has provided truly personalized care for my hormone replacement therapy. She has listened to my goals, respected my desire to achieve physiologic hormone levels, and has been willing to work with me on individualized dosing rather than dismissing my concerns. Together we restored my estradiol, developed a cyclic progesterone plan that works well for me, and now I’ve also been prescribed testosterone. Throughout the process, I have felt heard, respected, and included in every treatment decision. As a patient, that has made all the difference. There are many women seeking hormone restoration who feel dismissed or told their symptoms are simply a normal part of aging. My experience with Lauren Guse, NP, and LifeMD has been the opposite. I truly appreciate having a provider who is willing to listen, think critically, and tailor treatment to the individual instead of relying on a one size fits all approach.

4. 1/5Would be a great service but…

   I generally like the ability to get my weight loss meds this way. But I have to say the app you have to use is trash. You have to wait until it tells you that you can make an appointment, which sometimes has been after my last round of medication. Or it allows you to make one, but the earliest date can be a week or two after you’ve already run out. You know how much fun it puts your body through to not have your GLP-1 for two weeks then to go right back to it? It’s a real blast. And then, when I actually have an appointment, the real trash experience begins. You open the app and you can’t get into your appointment. You try and try, but the option to do it isn’t there, why? No reason. They just decided to dangle the appointment in front of you and just not let you in. Then you’ll get some BS message about why you didn’t show up to your appointment. Here’s a thought make a PERMANENT button to get into the waiting room for your appointment you fricken leptons. Your app is so substandard it’s absurd. But I’m sure you’re selling off my information to some data broker for a healthy chunk of money aren’t you? Fix this trash app!

   Very slow and very pushy about their “compounded meds” that are not FDA approved they are only allowed them D/T severe medication shortages this is why insurance won’t pay for it’s NOT FDA approved. My Prior auth was approved in 24 hours and it took them almost a week to send me script for a hard to get med after I gave them all the info and confirmed it was in stock no responded to me till I send a ton of messages and complained several times. Had I not already paid for this I would NEVER use them again. Just out to get their money do t actual care if you get care I wait 5-7 days to get responses and only because I send a million since when I’ve sent one days go by with nothing. I have an insurance question I submitted before my first appointment almost 3 weeks ago and still not response. Only positive is I got wegovy brand after having to seriously advocate for myself and luckily I had knowledge of how a PA works and how to check my insurance or these people would have NEVER sent my script. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEY ONYL GET 2 STARS NOT 1 BEACUSE EVENTUALLY I DID GET MY SCRIPT If you don’t have a medical background or can’t navigate insurance yourself they don’t really help don’t use them
