   I tried booking a flight to Miami and two days before my flight. I get an email telling me that I have to verify my identity and send a picture of my license and the front and back of my card which is already weird when I call to ask what’s going on with that they tell me that my card was declined and that it’s going to be $360 to rebook my flight that I originally paid $102 for. after I told him I was not going to spend $360 because nobody emailed me telling me that my card was declined. The only thing that I got was an email confirming my booking and the other one trying to verify my identity. They told me that they do not do cancellations or refunds when I messaged frontier about it. They had no information about me ever booking the flight at all, and they were not aware that I even booked it thankfully I canceled my card and got my money back but beware do not book from here. They are super unprofessional and they are a SCAM!!!!!!!!! I only put five stars so that it would pop up

   If I could give negative stars, I would. I am always skeptical, but in an attempt to save some money I booked on here. I was so relieved to have booked at such a cheap price taking screenshots to remember the flught details. I booked and everything and not wven 2 minutes later I received a call saying i booked a one way and needed to pay additional money. Taking my price from 2k to 5k. Total rip off. The guy pressured me into trying to send him a confirmation email to charge the additional. I asked him to cancel the order and he said it would be 95 per person. Which for 6 of us would have been $500ish. Nervously, I hung up the phone and got ahold of my bank right away. Went on my bank app and turned my debit card off and then reported it stolen. Their $600 fee was all that was pending but I think shutting my card off and reporting it was key to my account not accepting the charge. Needless to say, I dodged a bullet that most do not. Thank goodness for Bank of America. They keep calling me on my phone and thru WhatsApp. If that doesn’t tell you how much of a scam this is I don’t know what will. Save yourself the headache and book through something trustworthy.

   Love the rational behind the app's search algorithm, and it's incredibly usable. Unfortunately, it linked me to questionable travel agencies: SmartFares and BravoFly. Just before booking with them I searched online and found droves of complaints. SmartFares underreports the prices, then tell the customer they must pay more, and do not typically allow cancellation, even though they advertise that free cancelations. Bravofly, as well as SmartFares, both listed flights that were unlisted on the airlines main website. When I called either agency, after a search process, they told me the flight was no longer available--despite the fact that it was still listed on the website. It's important and effective for this app to search many different sources for price listings, but the developers really must take more care to vet the agencies that they are linking to. I feel that I narrowly avoided losing several hundred dollars on a booking with a questionable agency.

   I Bought two tickets for my wife and daughter who were out of the country . Received the email of confirmation of two tickets for them at the same price . When my wife was checking in at the airport the airline said there is only one seat and my daughter would go on her lap . She showed the airline the confirmation but they said it was not booked that way on their system . My wife called me since I booked it . I called and was told sorry was a glitch in our system we already refunded your card . This was happening as my wife and daughter are at an airport out of the country! Very Frustrated I asked to speak to a superior they said sorry no one in right now nothing we can do it's too close to departure Time I should have called earlier ? really? How would I know they never sent me anything other than the original receipt and confirmation he said check your credit card statement so I did as I was on the line with them via my online banking and sure enough there it was at 3am a credit he said oh Well that's good you don't have to file for a refund I said i don't want a refund I want my Daughters seat !!! Ugh so frustrating DO NOT USE !!!! Warning !! Do Not Use !! I Will be deleting this app from my phone and all devices !! Wish there was negative stars !!
