"body": "I found ticket fro Arizona to Cairo Egypt around $940 after I am booking and received booking number I called Coustmor service to asking how many bags can I took with me 22 years I am traveling around the world first time I am here no bags with you in airplane and also not bags take with you and I am found changes my trip to another trip I tray to explain that’s not my trip 5 minutes another one call me and told me your trip you’re booked $1600 with bags this people the don’t know what they are do a bad app also ugly Coustmor service now I will see lower with all my documents against this company",

"body": "Do not download this. There are so many hidden charges, rule and regulations. How they got me is when the 2nd guy called a few hours after I agreed to go forward with the transaction, then he told me that I will be checking my bag(s) out in my layover and check back in with custom in another country. My layover is 2.5 hours and the amount of time it will take me will make me late to board. Because of that he suggested I upgrade for another $300 so I don’t have to do it. After hearing this I told him I don’t want to complete the transaction. Then he told me that there is a no refund policy but it said it in the important notices you can cancel or make changes with in 24 hours of the purchase with a charge of $50. Muthafuker try to pull a fast one on me.",

"body": "I found a ticket at the best price and a convenient time for me, so I reserved it. Then they call me to confirm the flight and say that these tickets are not available for the time you chose, there is another time available, but the price will be more expensive. I say that I want to cancel, the price and time are not convenient for me, but they say you cannot cancel, but only choose another time or date. If you cancel, you will be charged the amount shown during the reservation. My friend had the same situation. I think it's a scam. I don't recommend it to anyone. And I ask the management to solve this problem or close the applications.",

"body": "Given a reasonable ‘deal’ up front. Entered card info to book. Given a ‘Waiting to confirm booking…’ email. I received an email saying there was a problem with my booking. They called me and said prices went up. I demanded instant cancellation. I received an email of cancellation. Card was not charged…yet, but who knows what will will occur after this. I don’t say I would trust this site and 1 ⭐️ is generous, considering there is no disclaimer about price changes or how this site operates. Very generic and non-informative. Warning: they do state (assuming if booking is confirmed at the original price you think you’re getting it at), then you would have to be at the airport 3 hours checked-in prior or your ticket is considered invalid. Anyone genuine consumer that has success with this site, please do tell. My first and last experience-definitely wasted my time!",

"body": "They are listing FAKE (low)prices on the app so if you buy ticket you are f”””d! Their policy says that they don’t do refund, so after you buy tickets they gonna call you and say that this price is no good no more because it was a promotion and promotion ended. If you request a cancellation they say- o no if you cancel you gonna lose the money you already paid because of the policy we have. So they lock you in with this tricky thing and then they are trying to sell you those tickets with different prices, way higher! SCAMMERS!",
