   This app is enjoyable when it actually works. I love looking at my weekly status report and competing with myself to get higher numbers. However, there has been a consistent issue where scrobbles will not be collected for days at a time. When the app starts logging again, it does not input the majority of what was played over the missing days. Every other week (at best) I lose a few days worth of data. I have tried many things and it still remains an issue. Unfortunately this has defeated the purpose of the app for me because of how inaccurate it makes the stats.

2. 1/5Went from an app that serves its purpose to genuine garbage.

   It’s really sad to see this happen, and it’s over one really horrible idea that I genuinely have no clue who thought it was good. The issue is that you get animated album covers in your list of scrobbles, and it’s a cool update, if it didn’t completely crash the app everytime you try to open it. But hey! What if they have a setting to disable that, it would solve all the issues! Well you’re out of luck, I wouldn’t even know if there is a setting because the app is completely dysfunctional the moment you open it and crashes within 10 seconds, or 20 if you’re on low power mode. Please remove this or find a way to optimize it for devices. And if anyone’s curious, I have an iPhone 13, so it’s not a crappy device that’s the issue here.

3. 1/5Data loss has gotten even worse

   This app was always a pain to use, having to add songs to your library in order for them to be scrobbled & manually scanning at least once every 2 weeks. Collabs would get categorized under a single artist with all names combined, causing incomplete stats and broken cover art. It's incredibly barebones outside of the logging feature (buttons open the relevant page on the website in safari. really?) but within the last week it's managed to break even harder. I'll play an album from my library and a single track will get scrobbled. It's really just unacceptably bad, and I can't believe they neglect mobile Apple Music users this severely.

4. 2/5needs fixing

   I got the app because I wanted to track my listening (I use Apple Music). Despite the low reviews, I figured I’d try it. This app is SO inaccurate in tracking scrobbles!!!! Not only do many of my scrobbles get completely missed (despite the fact that I listened to the songs all the way through), fuere are many times when my scrobbles for multiple different songs all get attributed to one song!!!! I used to love lastfm because I liked to see my listening data, but with how inaccurate it is, it’s more frustrating than anything. Might as well just quit lastfm all together at this point. Very disappointing!!!!

5. 1/5Respect Your Consumers.!!!!!!! Aka if you know you know 🥰🥰🥰

   I actually enjoyed using this app and would have continued supporting it if not for the behavior of the company behind it. What ultimately made me delete the app was the complete lack of professionalism and the increasingly shady way the company interacts with its user base. Seeing the company refer to consumers as “bots” is unacceptable. Instead of addressing concerns respectfully, they chose to belittle the very people who helped support their platform. That level of arrogance and disrespect raises serious questions about how they view their community. The app itself may have potential, but a good product can’t make up for poor leadership and unprofessional conduct. Consumers deserve transparency, accountability, and basic respect. Until the company learns how to treat people properly, I can’t recommend this app to anyone.
