1. 5/5Best Baby and Toddler Apparel!

   I have been buying my son’s clothes from Kyte since he was a newborn and they are the absolute best and most comfortable clothes/pajamas I have ever purchased! The colors and prints are BEAUTIFUL and the quality is excellent. HOWEVER, their customer service is absolutely terrible. Their website is so busy during sale times that when I added items to my cart and checked out (I had to do this 4 separate times in order to keep my items that were in my cart so 4 separate shipping charges), somehow “the website defaulted to the next available size” per their customer service team. They refused to honor a refund and resell the items, they were not only uncooperative, they were unprofessional. They admitted fault in writing and refused to make the situation right. I would have settled for a store credit or exchange. My son is a size 3T and the sizes that were sent were size 3-6 months and 12-18 Months. Buyers beware. You would think with all of their recent negative publicity and rallying to “cancel Kyte Baby” in relation to how they treated a new adoptive mother who’s child was in NICU whom they fired instead of allowing her time to be with her child. Shame on you Kyte Baby. You are a disgrace just as your owner is. I won’t spend another dollar (I HAVE SPENT THOUSANDS).

2. 5/5Preemie in NICU

   My baby boy was just born at 31 weeks gestation and is in the Newborn Intensive Care unit here in Anchorage Alaska. My friend who I met while being admitted on the prenatal unit introduced me to Kyte baby. I’m not one for following current fashion trends- the bamboo idea didn’t spike my interest. Not until she surprised me with a romper from Kyte baby. Let me tell you something- I’m a loyal customer. It IS that soft. It IS that nice. All of the good things you hear about it IS true. I’m still here in the NICU and baby boy is loving his cozy clothes that doesn’t irritate his skin. They handle well in the wash too. I unfortunately don’t have the time to separate clothes, hang dry, etc. They get tossed in the with rest of the laundry and come out looking just as good as the day it was gifted to me. I’ve made several other purchases since then and am so pleased ♥️💖

3. 5/5Baby blankets

   I had to have the Flamingo printed baby blanket when I first gave birth to my daughter. Over the past 2 years she’s really taken to it! She now has 6 different prints/colors so I can always have one in rotation because these blankets go EVERYwhere with her. The material is so comforting and provides enough warmth when she’s sleeping yet the material stays cool to not overheat her. We lost one recently that was another fav. Hoping she can give one of the remaining colors some extra love in its absence. If you’re thinking of the product and aren’t sure, get it. You won’t regret it. Everyone in my house tries to steal the babies blankets so get one in all the sizes!!

4. 2/5Poor wash quality

   Love the feel of the material. Was super excited about my purchase. I bought it a couple weeks ago but my son didn’t weigh enough to use it right away. He hit the weight requirement for the size I got so I threw it in the wash for him to wear tonight. It came out of the washer with a stain on it. He hasn’t even wore it yet. I followed the wash instructions and hung to dry. I’m not sure if it came stained, I didn’t pay that close attention to it before I tossed it in the washer. My washer is clean so I know it didn’t come from that. I’m extremely bummed because for the price I shouldn’t be having issues like this already (considering he hasn’t even wore it yet). This was my first Kyte purchase and now I’m skeptical to be a return customer. This has not happened with any other brands I have used in the past. And with only washing it once, the quality of the product went downhill all together.

5. 2/5Love the clothing but App Needs a LOT of work

   First, I want to say I love the clothing. My furnace children in the humid south live in bamboo and it has been a godsend. However this app is currently a miss IMO. 1) Although I can login to my account, it tries to tell me I need $250 for free shipping. Not sure why it has a different amount than the website. It does give me free shipping for the correct amount for my status when I check out, but maybe fix the app to reflect that like the website? 2) Trying to pay with a gift card and it tells me not eligible/already redeemed but it still displays a balance and works on the website. 3) It doesn’t give me the option to sign up for back in stock emails like the website does. 4) As others have mentioned, they don’t put a line or grey out boxes for out of stock sizes so you have to tap each one to know. 5) If you want to go to a new category, you have to hit the back button a BUNCH of times to get back to the collection page. Would help to have the drop down always available or a home button to quickly get back. Pros: it’s aesthetically pleasing and pretty easy to navigate other than issue number 5. But until they fix it so it’s actually useable from a shopping perspective, I’ll be sticking to the website for actually purchasing.
