   I love this app, especially because it allows me to save searches and add homes I like to collections, kind of like Pinterest. I can have a collection for good investment properties, homes I’d like to purchase, and anything I think my mom would like, since I am looking for her too. And I can name these collections anything. As for the searches, I can have how ever many saved searches and with one click, visit them so I don’t have to plug in my criteria every time I open the app! It also helps that I can message my realtor in real time! I think anyone who is tired of the usual home search apps out there calling you, texting you, emailing you the second you click on anything, should use this app instead. Info only goes to your realtor and your info isn’t being sold!

   To my realtor Mr. Barry Swan Thanks for everything, Mr. Barry Swan you’re the real MVP. Thanks for helping me with my journey to becoming a home owner. You listened to everything I mentioned, wanted and dreamed of. You took the time to even be available when my crazy work hours wouldn’t even allow others to put up with such. You even tried to negotiate with others who you knew wouldn’t even accept, then screenshot their message to prove it. You also put in a as a second offer for me in case the others buyers would fall through. You bugged a few sellers as I asked you to. You told me which places wasn’t worth my money because it didn’t have what I was looking for (bathroom, panel walls, sq footage, bedroom, yard, ac and etc.). You made sure you put me(your client first). You’re such an amazing person with many many positive qualities in a person. First you’re a military vet, which I admire the most (I wanted to join after HS but was declined due to insulin injections). You’re focused, determined, honest, loyal, trustworthy, and compassionate. You always lifted me up when things seemed to bothered me, when I was to the top frustrated and wanted to give up. You encouraged me to not give up that there’s light at the end of the tunnel. You kept reminding me that things in life worth having won’t come easily. There’s so much more qualities about you I can brag about. I just that God for you, thank my cousin Shemekia Hampton Bonnee (KW New Orleans) for referring me to you. May you be blessed and very very successful with everything you do and come in contact with. You deserve 💯 in my book. I’ll send everyone your way, who’s looking for a new home or who’s selling one, to experience one of a kind, once in a lifetime opportunity to work with you. 3. 1/5Definitely Needs Improvement

   I tried to use this app rather than the website because I figured it’d give a better user experience, but it’s only a slight improvement which is disappointing. This app freezes & crashes regularly. I face this problem very often when I’m simply trying to open a house that appears in my saved search results. Also, the performance of showing the full list of search results is very slow. After clicking the “View all” button, a “No search results” message is displayed which isn’t valid because several houses are displayed on the short view of the list. I’ve noticed if I wait long enough (too long, really), sometimes the results will display or the app will just give up and force close. The price range fields are not a wide enough range. The field could at least be editable and allow for the user to type the desired price themselves instead of having to pick from options that may not be the exact criteria I’d like. I’m able to manually type a price on the website itself though. I’ve also noticed that many houses are listed as condos, so excluding the condos option from the search filters hides houses that are actually listed as a condo. I don’t think that’s an issue with the app in particular, but is definitely a problem with the way new listings are added.

4. 5/5Best Realtor Company!!

   I had the best experience when I bought my last home and my realtor was Jesse Clarkson with Keller Williams and he was the best associate I’ve ever worked with hands down. He always had every answer to my questions and was extremely respectful and knowledgeable of his field and was always available whenever I had questions or wanted to see a property. I recommend him to everyone I meet looking for a home because he truly will get you the best deal with the best customer experience as well!

   I’ve been using this app for about 3 months and it has shown me many homes in my area. My problem is that sometimes, no matter my connection, the app won’t show photos of the listings. No matter how long I wait or how many times I check my connection, I cannot see any photos. I end up going to other realtor sites to look up the address of homes that have interesting descriptions so that I can see photos of it. Other times I’ll get locked into the listing page, unable to return to the map with other listings. Here I have to close out the app and restart it. I’m getting really annoyed because what could take a few minutes each day to check current listings takes significantly longer as I navigate through the bugs on the app.
