I find this app buggy and hard to use. Also, it’s not at all informative about how/where to pick up replacement buses within its own system, which was frustrating and resulted in me waiting around for an hour.

1/5Can’t even log in
Does not work at all. I registered, then tried to log in. No feedback of any kind, for example that the login failed but I’m obviously not logged in since it still says that I will need to log in to purchase tickets. Try again to log in with the same out come. Decide to try to register again. It says this email is already registered. Thought I try again the next day. Same results…..Don’t waste your time with this.

Makes traveling around the Cologne transit system so easy, much better than most other transit apps and live posted times are very accurate

1/5Can’t purchase ticket
Even though I am logged in, when I go to purchase it fails to link me to PayPal, and instead I am stuck at a blank screen „payment instructions“ and I cannot continue.

We have now integrated the eezy.NRW function into the app. How it works: 1. Before your first trip, register once in the app. If you already have a customer account, you can use the eezy.NRW function with your existing account. You only need to add an eezy payment method. 2. Before boarding the vehicle, simply swipe the arrow button in the app to the right to check in. Your destination does not matter. The app will track your location—even in the background—to determine the distance you travel. 3. If you are checked, simply click “Show ticket” and present the barcode in the app. 4. Once you reach your destination, swipe right again in the app to check out. The cost of the trip will be displayed. You can pay conveniently via SEPA direct debit, credit card, or PayPal. We wish you a pleasant journey!
