1/5No Persistent Login, no Keychain, no Face ID
This app a) doesn’t keep me logged in; b) doesn’t keep my log-in credentials in the keychain; and c) doesn’t allow for Face ID log-in. Thus, every time I’m asked to show my (Deutschland) ticket, I have to fumble for my email address and password, type everything in, and keep everyone waiting. This app is the opposite of convenient. I regret switching from smart card to mobile.

Absolutely does not save any information and leaves you having to constantly retype in your credentials over and over again. If insanity means “doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results” than this app is the definition of insanity.

1/5Unusable.
Instead of just letting you buy tickets, it keeps asking for more and more and more and more and more information. It freezes constantly, and even after you’ve entered ALL that information, it randomly deletes it and makes you start over. Terrible.

1/5App won’t load
App will not load. Only states an error with my push notifications and then loops back to the error message. This is the only way to access tickets so I can’t use public transit now. This is incredibly disappointing.

1/5App doesn’t work!
I have an US phone are wanted to use this app and it doesn’t work! Notice: there was an error with your push notification token. I’m very disappointed! Come on Germans, you can make it!

Furthermore, new 4- and 10-trip tickets can no longer be purchased, open journeys can be used until the end of 2025. The price levels „short distance“ and „D“ have been removed. For journeys in the entire VRR-area, the price level „C“ now applies. For occasional journeys we recommend eezy.nrw.

Wallet - Now you can easily save your ticket offline in the Wallet and always have it quickly to hand. Simply click on the wallet icon at the bottom right of the ticket and add it.
